my app keeps crashing I cant even listen to a 2 minute song without the app closing itself or restarting the song or just stop playing.

How to fix Bandcamp app crashes or not working on Iphone (iOS):

Close and restart the Bandcamp app on iPhone
Update Bandcamp app to the Latest Version for iOS
Uninstall and reinstall Bandcamp iPhone app
Update your iPhone to the latest iOS version

Fix Bandcamp on iPhone unable to connect to server/internet connection issues::

To resolve Bandcamp network issues, Reset phone network settings:
1. On iphone, goto Settings » General » Reset » Reset Network Settings.
2. Enter device passcode » confirm [Reset Network Settings].

Turn off iphone VPN:
1. Goto Settings » General » VPN

Bandcamp Android App Issues and Solutions

Fix Bandcamp not working on Android, crashes, errors or is unresponsive:

Force Stop the Bandcamp App
1. On android, goto Settings » Bandcamp » click [Force Stop]

Update Bandcamp to the latest version on PlayStore

Clear Bandcamp App Cache and Data:
1. On android, goto Settings » Apps » Bandcamp » Storage » click [Clear Data] option. This clears both data and cache.
2. restart Bandcamp.

Fix Bandcamp unable to contact server/ Bandcamp internet connection errors on Android:

On android, goto Settings » Apps or Manage Apps tab.
Click Bandcamp » [Force Stop]
Next, goto Storage » click [Clear Data]
Again, goto Bandcamp » Mobile Data » [Allow Background Data Usage].
Go back to Settings » Connections » Mobile Network » Network Mode. Change the network to 4G e.g. LTE/3G/2G (auto connect)
