I signed up but when I try to login it’s says customer not found but I’m able to rest my password with that email address. Then I try to create another account using the same email but it says email already in use login and it takes you to the login section already populating your email but when I try to login it says customer not found. Are you ever going to fix PhillyPretzelFactory or do you not care about the many bad reviews in regards to your app issues
PhillyPretzelFactory never works. It constantly cannot reach the server when trying to use it. What is the point of having PhillyPretzelFactory if no one can order?
The promos say take advantage with PhillyPretzelFactory , but the promos are never in PhillyPretzelFactory . Then today I had to enter my credit card info twice or three times for it to take. Doing that seemed to have wiped out my order so I ended up entering my order 3 times. I like using apps for this sort of thing but PhillyPretzelFactory seems hardly worth it.
Won’t let me sign in with email. Says phone number in system but no way to sign in via phone number either… or to look it up.
Love Philly Pretzel Factory, but PhillyPretzelFactory is garbage. Never works. Can’t upload a credit card, can’t place an order… it just looks outdated too.
I had $4 on the account and now my money is missing when PhillyPretzelFactory updated. Where is my $4??
Invalid billing address…. I know my own address. No matter how many times I tried I couldn’t place an order through PhillyPretzelFactory .
App doesn’t let new registration. After going through the process and when trying to login displays error message of invalid account. Please address issue.
Last few times I tried to use PhillyPretzelFactory it didn’t recognize my email- even when I tried to do a password reset. Signed in as a guest which is a pain.
I have mad six purchases since downloading the new app and none of my points have accumulated. I had points prior to the new app, those never appeared. Honestly, this is a waste of time.

The prior app before the upgrade was much easier to use. Curbside feature was removed on the upgraded app…why??
I use an apple se. I can’t tell if it’s a compatibility problem. The newer app is slow and provokes me to abandoned if we’re not the fact I still like these pretzels.
Read the license agreement-- you have to agree to let them collect data from you via social media.
I saw that and deleted PhillyPretzelFactory . I just want to order soft pretzels... smh
Btw how does this have three stars? I rated 1... 5 others I see rated 1... that's 6 out 8 reviews rating one star... what's the point of a rating system if it isn't actually how it scored???
PhillyPretzelFactory gets the job done, sort of. It often doesn’t transmit my order to the store and I end up waiting for them to bake the pretzels anyway. Very limited item descriptions, does not list all available items, but somehow also lists and allows you to purchase items the stores no longer carry
The last three times I tried to make my orders from PhillyPretzelFactory PhillyPretzelFactory doesn’t even know who I am. It’s just frustrating to have to sign up every time I want to get pretzels.
Hey Philly Pretzel - big fancy upgrade on your app; however, it wouldn’t let me sign in with my existing account. Said it didn’t exist!?! Forced me to create a new account. I had almost 300 points already on there and now they’re just gone? This really stinks. How can I get my points back? Needless to say, I HATE this update!
I tried a few times to use PhillyPretzelFactory and it was difficult to find some of the choices, but it finally moved along.
I especially like this location of Philly Pretzel. They go above and beyond with customer service and piping hot minis out of the oven.

What a delicious blast from the past. Pretzels taste just like the ones I got on the streets on Philadelphia as a kid 50 years ago, but warm and fresh. The new sauces are great too especially the Carmel one.
