Here are some helpful workarounds that should work whenever AromaCare app keeps crashing or doesn't work as expected on your iPhone 14, 13,12,10,8,7,6, SE,XS,XR.

How to fix AromaCare app crashes or not working on Iphone (iOS):

Close and restart the AromaCare app on iPhone
Update AromaCare app to the Latest Version for iOS
Uninstall and reinstall AromaCare iPhone app
Update your iPhone to the latest iOS version

Fix AromaCare on iPhone unable to connect to server/internet connection issues::

To resolve AromaCare network issues, Reset phone network settings:
1. On iphone, Goto "Settings" » "General" » "Reset" » "Reset Network Settings".
2. Enter your device passcode. Then confirm "Reset Network Settings".

Turn off your VPN:
1. Goto "Settings" » "General" » "VPN".

Fix AromaCare not working on Android, crashes, errors or is unresponsive:

Follow these steps to resolve intermittent AromaCare app issues:

Force Stop the AromaCare App
1. On android, goto "Settings" » click AromaCare app. » click "Force Stop".

Update AromaCare to the latest version on PlayStore

Clear AromaCare App Cache and Data:
1. On your device, goto "Settings" » click "Apps" » select "AromaCare app" » click "Storage" » click "Clear Data" option. This Clears both data and cache.
2. Relaunch AromaCare.

Fix AromaCare unable to contact server/ AromaCare internet connection errors on Android:

This issue is usually caused by your network. Here is how to fix:

On android, goto "Settings" » "Apps" or "Manage Apps" tab.
Click AromaCare » "Force Stop".
Next, goto "Storage" » "Clear Data".
Again, got AromaCare » "Mobile Data" » "Allow Background Data Usage".
Go back to "Settings" » "Connections" » "Mobile Network" » "Network Mode".
Now, put your network on 4G e.g. LTE/3G/2G (auto connect)
Relaunch AromaCare on android.
