Hi we have been having constant issues where his whistled whistle device is not working properly and one of the reasons is it's not sending us a text when the cat leaves or comes back it's not doing anything please inform we need help right away cat is mad.

Whistle is “having difficulty connecting” to 2 out of our 3 whistle go devices. Is the system down or what can I do about this? Cannot track my dogs. Thanks, Christina

Your whistle app is not working and I’m getting a message to try back soon. How long is the App off-line?
I have three cats on Whistle. Two of the Whistles are sending updates to text and email. The other one (Mason) is not. I did the hard reset I think two times but there is still no updates sent to me. Any idea? Thanks Dan
