Close and restart the Tempus app on iPhone
Update Tempus app to the Latest Version for iOS
Uninstall and reinstall Tempus iPhone app
Update your iPhone to the latest iOS version

Fix Tempus on iPhone unable to connect to server/internet connection issues::

To resolve Tempus network issues, Reset phone network settings:
1. On iphone, Goto "Settings" » "General" » "Reset" » "Reset Network Settings".

Fix Tempus not working on Android, crashes, errors or is unresponsive:

Follow these steps to resolve intermittent Tempus app issues:

Force Stop the Tempus App
1. On android, goto "Settings" » click Tempus app. » click "Force Stop".

Update Tempus to the latest version on PlayStore

Clear Tempus App Cache and Data:
1. On your device, goto "Settings" » click "Apps" » select "Tempus app" » click "Storage" » click "Clear Data" option. This Clears both data and cache.
2. Relaunch Tempus.

Fix Tempus unable to contact server/ Tempus internet connection errors on Android:

This issue is usually caused by your network. Here is how to fix:

On android, goto "Settings" » "Apps" or "Manage Apps" tab.
Click Tempus » "Force Stop".
Next, goto "Storage" » "Clear Data".
Again, got Tempus » "Mobile Data" » "Allow Background Data Usage".
Go back to "Settings" » "Connections" » "Mobile Network" » "Network Mode".
Now, put your network on 4G e.g. LTE/3G/2G (auto connect)
Relaunch Tempus on android.
