Frameo Status

Why does my Frameo keep going to the menu screen and not advancing photos? I have done a reboot and a power off and on.

I can not back up or export my pics to a SD card, mini or regular. The frame says it has been successfully transferred, but it not there.

Just bought 7" Frameo. Using IOS app, and it freezes photos on the iPhone. Probably returning this.

Screen shaking & lots of lines.....???

Friends get the message :- Oops, could not connect to the frame with this code at the moment. I have checked the frame is online and the code has not expired. I have also send a new code to the friends. One friend has had no problem downloading her photos and I have been able to send photos from my phone to the frame.

I just opened Frameo from its packaging, then connected to Wi-Fi, and now the download has failed 3x

My Frame says I'm not connected to wifi and I am. My husband even reentered the password. This is really depressing.Please help

I can't put my frameo to sleep mode. Time and sleep mode is set up correct but the frame just would not go sleep mode. I shut it down but shortly afterwards it comes back on. I manually turn it off before bed (set to come in at 4pm) when I wake up it’s on. Problem just started two days again. No power surges or outages. I have enjoyed my Frameo thus far and have recommended your products to friends.

My app is not showing any pictures from gallery. Only screenshots and downloaded photos. To try and fix: I have updated my phone. Uninstalled and reinstalled the app twice and triple checked all my settings (so camera and gallery permissions). I can take a picture while in the app but it does not display to send. The frame is turned on and online. Help!

Got Message that Frameo has stopped working.

Frameo keeps telling me it has failed to update. I try to manually download and install the update. It fails on the download every time and will not update.

It’ll run for a few minutes and then it goes like in a sleep mode and I have to restart it every time and then it only lost for 10 or 15 minutes and that goes on the sleep mode but the power‘s still too because I can see a glow on the screen

Screen says: Frameo is not responding

I changed my internet to Centurylink from cellcom it"s asking for my password and I don't remember it what can I do

My frame crashes everyday and has to restart its self, plus it says it has stopped working on occasion and I have to select the message on screen to get it to run again. Is this frame faulty.thanks John Rogerson.

I just bought my frame, I was able to download recent photos but the app does not let me choose photos from three months ago. What can I do?

After unplugging my frameo I lost all my pictures.Is there a way to retrieve them?

My Frameo goes into sleep mode but doesn’t wake up, it stays off. It restarts if I unplug the power plug on the back, but then scolds me for doing so. What is the fix?

I can no longer send through photos. It says the recipients offline m, however he stated he is not and shows it’s online and working well.

I can't put my frameo to sleep mode. Time and sleep mode is set up correct but the frame just would not go sleep mode. Once I put the frame manualy to sleep mode it will not start at set time. That happen after power surge

After only one year my Frameo stopped working. The screen is black as if no power is going to the frameo. The electrical socket that the Frameo is connected to has current going to it. The frameo will not turn on.

Frameo app crashes after I select my pictures and hit next. Has been over a week.
