Frameo app will not see recent pictures.

I am connected to Wifi but the frameo keeps telling me i'm not connected to the internet so friends cannot be added.

My screen no longer responds to taps and my photos will not upload. It says I am no longer connected to the server. How do I reconnect?

I got the Frameo for 2021 Christmas. I am able to download pictures and I set the pictures and save how I want them but the menu screen keeps popping up on most all the pictures

Only had Frameo for a week had a power cut now it won’t turn back on?

I have android phone. My brother in law sends me code to connect to his frameo. Does not work . We have done multiple times ???????😠

My screen keeps flickering photos

Frameo updated message will not clear from top left of screen and will not display the list of changes. Prior to this screen was jumping and freezing halfway between transitions but suddenly fixed itself.

Every single photo taken with my phone camera or pics that friends send on what app are going automatically to my frameo . I would like to choose what pictures I put on there . How do I fix that ?

Should the date and time show on the frame ....

My Frameo will freeze on a photo,I will reboot it will work for awhile and then freeze again. Could use your help, thank you!

I don't want to share with anyone. Do I have to have a code for myself to start loading photos on the frame.? Each time I try, it keeps asking for friend's code.

My frameo worked for 5 months and now it keeps shutting down. I have to unplug it and plug it back in to get it to restart. It works for a while then shuts down again. Any help.

Won't work. We turned on, it just says 'Wi-fi Digital Photo Frame' and won't move on from there.

There is no submenu for adjusting sleep mode. Frame is rotating pics 24/7. Please advise.
