Where are the alerts?

EasyDrinkWater has suddenly decided not to send alerts. I’ve had alerts on since the beginning. They were sending them for a while, but for the past few days or so they have not. Can you fix this, please? Can I not find a good water drinking reminder app?? Every single one that I find fails to give alerts, which renders them useless.
