Kills battery on devices. No desktop integration. Buggy.

Battery killer. App has issues. Desktop version not avail- lacking progressive steps to help aide in sales. More like another task to add into an already busy day.

StoreApp does let you customize things to reply with and has pre loaded responses that take more work to copy edit than using talk text.

Often StoreApp crashes mid session, top right buttons stopped working with most recent update so you cannot view chat history to gather info needed on follow ups.

I’m not able to use the email tool as StoreApp tells me I need to login… while logged in.

If another person in your team is not online (using StoreApp ) you must pickup where their long conversation ended. Why isn’t there an email tool linked to paying clients using their specific service ? Keeping StoreApp open all day, without having iPad or phone plugged in causes overheating devices if they make it past an hour.

Great idea, terrible execution

I’ve had to use StoreApp for work for about 6 mo. There seem to be different bugs that come up depending on the version update; however it consistently crashed upon opening from a push notification (nothing more annoying than a circle of death while a customer was waiting) and was a HUGE battery drain.

I love the idea, and I was really excited to be introduced to the platform when our in-store sales dwindled due to COVID; but I would avoid using it again in the future.

Most Frustrating app I’ve ever used!

-Crashes frequently
-Quits in middle of chat and looses transcript
-No real-time backups of chats
-Takes forever to wake up, someone else gets the chat before you get to the HERO screen.
-Very poor product search implementation
-Shows customers City but not state... do you know how many “Pleasantville’s” there are in the USA????
-no user control of ring tones
-no ability to see individual client review scores.
-no ability to create and store shortcut responses.
-HERO customer support is useless, they send templated responses to every issue.

Terrible app

Half baked app used by companies desperate to make an extra buck at the expense of it employees. Freezes all the time and crashes frequently. Connecting to customers is extremely difficult and notifications are sloppy in there presentation and alter speed. Often times I’ll get an alert only to open StoreApp and it already be taken. Many issues with logging into StoreApp as well. Overall a terrible app ideas only to exploit the workers forced to use it.

Frustrating and useless

Chat alerts are easy to miss as the only chime once. Be prepared to get stuck on connecting to costumers for hours. App literally crashes if customers send you a message when you are taking a photo or linking product. Sometime it just crashes for no reason.

It’s an ok app, but a lot of time when accepting a chat, it’ll freeze and cause StoreApp to crash, this losing a possible online sale

Horrible App

Update number 2 for 2019 on how poorly StoreApp works. One is unable to close StoreApp . Restarted my phone numerous times and still can not close StoreApp . Tried to remove StoreApp and It acts like spyware. Don’t not even try to contact the developer because they will not even respond or the they give same lame response. StoreApp continually freezes during customer interactions. Yet there had not been any response from the developer. StoreApp works poorly at best.The developer still has not resolved the problems plaguing this lousy app. Furthermore do not expect to get an answer from the developer. You will only get the same old lame reply.

StoreApp continually freezes upon opening, during customers interactions as well as closing StoreApp . During a customer interaction one can not see the customers interaction. Many times one does not know they even had a customer until one freshes StoreApp or by turning one’s phone off and restarting it.

The barcode scan only works intermittently. When you use the barcode StoreApp freezes and you can no longer communicate with the customer and you are unable close StoreApp . This poorly designed app can cost the user hundreds of dollars of lost sales due the problems of StoreApp not functioning properly. Lastly, StoreApp drains your battery.
