Ever since your last update now my camera will not rotate to landscape mode
iPhone and Apple Watch widget has stopped working after iOS 16.6.1 update
When using the app it will freeze my iPhone and takes forever to get the iPhone to shut off
anytime the devs change the app, it "failed to construct encrypted channel" for a day or 2.
Ever since the last update, the Geeni app is gone from my apple watch. And it also deleted the Geeni widget I had on my lock screen on my iphone. It’s definitely inconvenient.
Hi, when i rotate phone picture on hawk 3 won’t rotate? Rotation on tablet is ok, rotate on videos. Just your app doesn’t allow camera rotation.
Ever Since the app was updated the app now locks up and or the screen freezes or I get a "failure to retrieve stream" and now when viewing the video's on playback. The video's will either jump way ahead on the timestamp or it will completely lock up and the it crashes.
App will not operate any device. After reading your help logs one option was to delete the app and reinstall now the app will not let me log back in just keeps giving me the same message network error, please retry.
my geeni app is not working and will not add my lightbulb. i’ve had this bulb for a while and have had little to no problems then all of the sudden today it starts flashing and will not connect. i made a new account and everything. still says it failed.
I have 3 of your pan & tilt cameras (CW021s). 2 of them I am happy with, the 3rd has really terrible image and video quality - lots of horizontal bleeding lines across the picture and horizontal snow lines. I have swapped the cameras around, and the problem is specific to this one camera. The image quality is really terrible, and it makes the motion alert function useless on it as the interference is always triggering alerts. Can this be fixed, or must I return the camera? Thx
Waste of time and money.
When i change another phone number, it not work although i installed and reset many times. Not good.
Indoor outdoor camera is garbage..Kidde rules.
App disappeared and not showing up on phone, when I download the app again it will not install. I have done everything but reset my phone to factory settings. I was hoping not to have to do that. I have 3 cameras on it.
App not connect to network with easy mode or gprc mode . Even with wifi and password and reset
The app is constantly having issues and showing up in the app history as having an issue. And it doesn't detect motion very well. Even at the highest setting on the motion detector option.
None of my devices will connect to the app/internet.
