I can’t seem to cash out! I have tried to redeem a $5 PayPal gift card, however, when the app asks me to enter my PayPal email address, it won’t allow me to enter my address in the box! I can type my address but it will not let me to hit enter. Also it won’t let me view the buttons on that screen! I’m extremely frustrated and I desperately need help asap! PLLLEEEAAASSEEE!!!!

How to fix PocketFlip app crashes or not working on Iphone (iOS):

Close and restart the PocketFlip app on iPhone
Update PocketFlip app to the Latest Version for iOS
Uninstall and reinstall PocketFlip iPhone app
Update your iPhone to the latest iOS version

Fix PocketFlip on iPhone unable to connect to server/internet connection issues::

To resolve PocketFlip network issues, Reset phone network settings:
1. On iphone, goto Settings » General » Reset » Reset Network Settings.
2. Enter device passcode » confirm [Reset Network Settings].

Turn off iphone VPN:
1. Goto Settings » General » VPN

PocketFlip Android App Issues and Solutions

Fix PocketFlip not working on Android, crashes, errors or is unresponsive:

Force Stop the PocketFlip App
1. On android, goto Settings » PocketFlip » click [Force Stop]

Update PocketFlip to the latest version on PlayStore

Clear PocketFlip App Cache and Data:
1. On android, goto Settings » Apps » PocketFlip » Storage » click [Clear Data] option. This clears both data and cache.
2. restart PocketFlip.

Fix PocketFlip unable to contact server/ PocketFlip internet connection errors on Android:

On android, goto Settings » Apps or Manage Apps tab.
Click PocketFlip » [Force Stop]
Next, goto Storage » click [Clear Data]
Again, goto PocketFlip » Mobile Data » [Allow Background Data Usage].
Go back to Settings » Connections » Mobile Network » Network Mode. Change the network to 4G e.g. LTE/3G/2G (auto connect)
Relaunch PocketFlip
