Tried 5 different surveys and rejected me

So you sign up for a survey they ask you a lot of personal questions to get your demographic, it doesn’t save this info even though PocketFlip asks you all the same questions when you make a profile and then 2-3 min into the survey it decides I don’t fit the survey needs and kicks me and no coins. Even if I started it but don’t much about the companies that make candy for example then mid survey once it doesn’t like one honest answer it tells me I’m not a good fit. What did I lose? My time, again and again. AND Because PocketFlip asks for my demographic already, I think it should figure out what demographic the surveys wants first and offer only those. Stupid. Don’t waste your time. AND you got to give a lot of personal info to make a profile so they probably sell that in the little print (but idk for sure about that but I’m worried now).

This is a 10 star idea and would be a 5 star review if it weren’t for the fact that the majority of the top paying offers do not pay out. Some times it will after hours which isn’t great but I’m patient. That is rare in my experience and usually what happens is the offer is removed from the list and you never receive any coins. This isn’t a problem for the “install and open to redeem” offers as it was so simple that I can’t complain. But I signed up for a subscription to SundanceNow, Shudder, and Azoomee to fulfill the “install, open an subscribe to free trial to redeem” requirements. This means I have provided private information to these groups in order to sign up for a subscription and will have to go out of my way to cancel those subscriptions. I will most likely never stop receiving junk mail from these groups unless I change my phone number, email and mailing address and I have nothing to show for it. There is a “report” button for these situations, but it’s obvious no human is monitoring these because you receive the same response every time saying basically “remember that you have to complete all of the requirements to receive rewards.” I the developers start monitoring the complaints instead of auto-replying and at very least appologize or remedy the situation I will change my review. Until then, don’t expect much but a list of “already started” offers that you will not be able to finish.
PocketFlip customer “support.” What a joke.

Very disappointed in this app for the first time. Usually they’re very good at providing gift cards and I’ve contacted their support before and was helped. Recently, I was rejected a $25 gift card AND a $10 visa gift card which took me quite a long time to get. Their response was, to me asking why I was rejected and how to prevent it in the future:
“We’ve taken a closer look at your account and you’ve got detected a detected as a scammer!”
Are you kidding me? Last time this app both helped me and resolved my problem but somethings definitely changed. First of all they blatantly called me, a customer, a scammer (without even an explanation) even adding a nice little “!” to top it off, and it took them an entire week to reply 1 sentence to me! I knew COVID hit businesses hard but Jesus Christ, I didn’t know that changed customer support. And this wasn’t just some auto message the person who gave me “support” was “Judy M...” ( not going to reveal last name for obvious reason ) so it was indeed a person who replied, very rude. Not using PocketFlip again.
Scam!!!!

This terrible app is a scam for the following reasons.1. They give you the coin only for some tasks.2. They claim that they received your error report about a task but really they did not receive it because they are not doing sh$$.3. Finally, if a task has a high number of coins for example 7000 coins, they will not give you the coins. Cash day limited is a very greedy company and they want to keep the high number of coins for themselves. If you want an iTunes gift cards, just go to a retailer and use your real money. Do not download PocketFlip because this is a scam and also they ask you to download software so you can damage your operating system. Do not download the junk. The thing that you need to do is contact Apple and have them remove this junk from PocketFlip Store. Also, you need to sue cash day limited, not download their junk. Sue this company. Tell your lawyer that they are trying to damage people’s operating system and also they are scamming people.
Just like all apps like this they are only good for a very short while. This started out great. I was doing very well. I got up to 21,000 coins. I was working my way up to $33,000 to make $50. I’ve been stuck at 21,000 points for WEEKS! I’ve done 30 tasks that DID NOT GIVE ME COINS. *30* !!!!! What a rip off. I’m running low on tasks. The ones left I have to pay for. Why the he’ll would I pay for something to get money?? That’s like going to the bank and giving the teller $50 to take $50 out of the bank. I’ve been doing this kind of stuff for a very long time and they ALL end this way. You’d think I’d learn by now. 🤷🏻♀️ IMoney did the same thing. I was cruising along, making $5 every week. Now it takes me 6 WEEKS to make $5. Why can’t these apps just WORK? I’m contacting the BBB and the attorney general. I’m sick of this crap.
Worst app. Don’t waste your time

My brother and I followed all the directions (don’t switch between apps and to purchase stuff, new users only) apparently I sent screenshots that after we finished everything went back to this app wasn’t credited for nothing. Emailed them an all they can say is “ask for a refund cause when you don’t get paid we don’t” y’all are scammer they won’t give us a refund for anything. And to top it all off I download a app on this app all it said was run app I was on PocketFlip 10-20 mins signed up and everything and no credits. Y’all are liars it even says the percents of people who had problem but the offer if I show proof least you can do is credit us not our fault your app doesn’t count when people do everything right.. don’t install and telling all 12 friends don’t waste their time they might be out of money!!!

I came here from a youtuber who said PocketFlip works and all you got to do is just play games and stuff. No. You have to do surveys, or do quizzes and make 100%. But there are a few of those tasks and most of the time they don’t work. Most of them are just task saying you have to purchase something with real money to receive your points. I came here to get free gift cards not waste money which most of the time, you have to do a payment that has a price greater than the gift card price. Well this is what happened to me, I purchased a 5$ iTunes gift card. It said it might take a few days to receive. Well, I waited 3 days until it said my purchase was rejected. The worst part is, I didn’t receive my coins back. I’m not sure if that also happens with all the purchase or it’s just bad luck but I doubt it that I’ll get all my points back.
used to be good, but now giving into scams!

i use PocketFlip to earn itunes credit (because i cannot bear to think about spending my own hard working money on in-app purchases, its embarrassing) and it has been a success multiple times. however recently, i’m not sure what happened but it’s been littered with tasks that ask for your email and information, which is fine and all i guess if they weren’t notorious schemes that constantly prey on your credit info and email for spam mail. and almost ALL of these tasks, if thoroughly performed, do not give us our coins! i wish y’all could get rid of those tasks and instead go back to tasks where you can download an app and play it for points. those tasks are much more fruitful. please take my advice!
Could be better…

So the first time I found out about PocketFlip was through a video. I thought that I could finally get gift cards without wasting any money. So when I downloaded PocketFlip I was filled with excitement. So I was on PocketFlip for like 3 hours or so, and I finally got enough to get a gift card for 5$ because I wanted to test it out if it was real and so I did get my 5$ but you may be wondering why I put this as a 3 rating. It’s because the way that you get the coins just bothers me. Like to get like 3,000 or 2,000 coins you actually have to pay real money in order to get your coins. Like you have to pay like a free trial in order to get your coins. I’m also noticing that some of the coin prices for the tasks are really low sometimes and the only high prices are the “Start a free trial” it’s really annoying people are just trying to earn coins without paying any cash! Developers please fix this.
Ok soooo.. PocketFlip got me literally a real legit gift card in less than an hour and I didn’t have to do super sketchy stuff!! I claimed my 5$ and went to try for more ... but sadly after I claimed my gift card I noticed my offers started going down slowly in coins.. so I continued to earn coins I’m legit soooo close to another 5$ gift card but suddenly I would do the offers Finnish then and complete them 100% but it wouldn’t give me my coins like it had in the beginning when I would report a problem.. I am 100% honest when I report a problem for as I shall not lie... I honestly loved PocketFlip in the beginning and still do but please fix the apps that arnt giving coins and this will be a perfect 5 star app for me!!
Really good for a while

So I’ve made 45 or 35 off it idk and it’s really good but once you do most of the offer you’ll get the same ones again and you can only do a offer once if you try to do it twice it doesn’t work and that’s ok but once you do so many it’s unmanageable there offer were it says make a purchase to get reward or make a 5.99 purchase or above now mix that with all the offers you can’t do it’s unfair you go on this to make money and the developers get paid twice what i do so it’s just unfair the gift cards are a good price but there shouldn't be a offer for 79 coins when you need 4,600 for just $5 I mean then again it’s like free money I’m 12 years old and I do it for visa gift cards caz I love getting mail so I order things off wish so my advice is to use it and get 35 dollars and just be done

I love PocketFlip and have been using it for a long time. Obviously the gift cards it pays are free and at first you can get 5$ within a reasonable amount of time. After that many offers do not work and this makes getting coins much harder. I check PocketFlip almost every day for new, working tasks. The complaint button helps because I can see what tasks do and don’t work and I can give input to other users. I think PocketFlip should have more offers available at a time or at least refresh the ones you have put complaints in for every few days. It seems that after I got an amount of points that I was stuck. I tried and successfully finished new offers without anything happening and that’s why this isn’t a five star review.
Thank you for reading this.

Look. The idea of playing free games and doing stuff to get more games is awesome. But PocketFlip falls short on many parts. The number of apps and games is very limited. I've already seen two or three games I've already played on it that came back. Not to mention some Games would be like 100 or 150 but most of the time the smaller ones would be 40 or 70 which make it harder to play more games when you know you're so far away from your goal of 4,400 or 4,600 coins to just get $5. PocketFlip is a great idea on paper but the execution was like in the medieval times without some oil on the blade so it's perfect. Without the oil it's a bad cut that hurts and almost won't go through perfectly. I'd personally make this a 3/5. It is useable and it is good. But sometimes the coin notifications for the apps you play won't go off. Now this is very rare in my case but I know a lot of people who use these kind of apps notice this. I've only had this happen to me through a specific time but I'll get over it. PocketFlip needs more options, maybe lower numbers for the rewards and just keep or slightly higher numbers for apps and it would be worth of the actual 5/5 stars it's asking for.
Used to be great, now tasks don’t work

I’ve used PocketFlip for quite awhile and redeemed many gift cards, but yesterday I did the only 4 tasks that didn’t require a purchase or credit card #, and not one of them awarded me the coins they promised. When that happens, you’re supposed to report it in PocketFlip that coins were not awarded, and it used to give me the coins I earned after reporting the issue, but apparently you no longer get anything if the task doesn’t award coins like it’s supposed to. In the past week, I’ve only gotten one task to award coins out of close to 10 tasks I tried. PocketFlip has become a scam and a waste of time.
I have pretty much had PocketFlip since it launched and have enjoyed it for most of the time it has been out. I would like to start by saying that it is legit as I have earned hundreds of dollars in gift cards. Second I would like to say that PocketFlip keeps getting better and offers new and exciting apps to get points. In the beginning the offers were all apps that did not require personal information or credit card information. I personally enjoyed this version of PocketFlip more as every offer was free, the trade off was that the offers gave less points, but I didn’t care because I was able to complete every offer unlike now where more than half the offers require a credit card or in app purchase to get a large sum of points. All I am saying is that there should be an option on PocketFlip so that the user can only receive offers that they would like to complete. If a user wants to go the route that doesn’t require a credit card or an in app purchase allow a filter so that one can choose that. There are also people who want to just do offers that cost money because they give way more points, so this function would benefit those users also.

Ok so I have tried many apps to earn gift card and each one I have tried has taken to long or just plainly didn’t work. This is PocketFlip though, I’m only 1 hour in and I earned a 10 dollar gift card then next I earned a 5 dollar gift card and now almost to another 10 dollar gift card with only about 3 hours total in PocketFlip. My only complaint is that When you get your points and you go back to pocket flip when you page is open it says in notification that you have earned the points but you have to close out of PocketFlip and reopen it not a major issue but just a minor bug. Other than that I say thank you and GL to the other people out there.😀
Fix for PocketFlip disable limit ad tracking in iOS 14
2023-10-23
by Exotic42624
Found a fix for the disable limit ad tracking thing in this app on iOS 14. First go to settings>privacy>tracking>enable “allow apps to request to track.” If that is greyed out and you can’t enable it, skip to the next paragraph. Step two, go to settings>privacy>Apple advertising>enable “personalized ads.” Then this app should work.
If the buttons are greyed out and you can’t enable or disable them, follow these steps. Go to PocketFlip Store>today>profile in the top right hand corner of the screen>scroll down to the bottom of the page>then click sign out. Now go follow the instructions in the first paragraph. After signing out of your iCloud, you should be able to enable and disable the options.
THIS IS NOT A SCAM

Ok so I downloaded this 4 days ago thinking it would be a scam and I would delete it, but to my surprise it was legit! It only took me 3 days to get the 20$ PlayStation card that I really wanted and now I can get the game I wanted. Here’s some tips that I learned: The free trials and just running the apps are the best offers by far. Never do the surveys unless you want a million texts and for some sketchy websites to know your address. Play the games that you’ve seen in the ads such as raid shadow legends and lords mobile because they are the most legit and give you the most points. It took them about 24 hours to get me my gift card so don’t be expecting immediate results. Overall was a 10/10 app and I recommend you download it if you have some free time and you want free gift cards.

PocketFlip is really good, normally it would take months to get something like a 10 or $20 gift card, but this one takes WAY less time. It would be cool to add a daily login bonus of either a certain amount of coins, or a set amount that increases and once you login for a set amount of days, you get a big amount, like maybe 1,000, that would make getting gift cards faster, which would make PF more popular I honestly don’t get why you had to increase the coin amount. Now I can *barely* get to 5400 *minimum for $5 now btw, before it was 4500* so I’ve moved onto other apps now
Screws you out of any meaningful points

Every single task that gives more than 500 points, will not be rewarded with points. You complete the tasks, following every guideline to the T, and they still won’t award the points. Click on report a problem, and they do nothing. Contact support through their instant messaging with proof of completion, and weeks later they say “you must have done something wrong” and then delete the message thread. PocketFlip is a total waste of time and effort. I should be around 50,000 points by now, and have less than 15,000. 2 tasks (Final Fantasy XV, and economy expresso ) should have been 10,000 points between the 2, and I got nothing. When I submitted photos of PocketFlip requirements being completed, they denied me, and only gave bs excuses. They tried to tell me I must have switched networks (impossible as it’s on a tablet at my house, only able to connect to my personal WiFi) it never leaves my house. Don’t waste your time, use any of the other apps (app bounty) as once’s you complete one of these tasks, you can never do it again from your device on any other app(as they all require it to be the first download). At least places like app bounty will respond in a timely manner and hear you out, often doing something to make things right. Screw this app, they are just there to screw you over, getting paid for what you do, and rarely giving you anything you’ve earned.
Many offers with broken links

Ever since I got PocketFlip , I seemed to enjoy it. I made a lot of money, getting gift cards, but then I started to notice somethings while using PocketFlip . There seems to be a problem when using PocketFlip . Whenever I do one of your guys quiz, it will send me to an unwanted ad site. Which means probably broke the link. There also seems to be a problem with the apps offers. There would be problems with a lot of the complaints received from other people. If there would be anything to ask, just check the offers links, and make sure they would be sent to the necessary site for the current offer. And if there would be any chance, please reply to this review for any updates. Once again, really appreciate PocketFlip , very fun to use, and no scams present. Thank your for your time.

PocketFlip is the best possible way to get free gift card rewards. The tasks PocketFlip asks you to do are very simple and self explanatory. I’ve made about $30-$40 using PocketFlip, which is mind blowing to me. I had an issue where I wasn’t granted the right amount of coins from one of the tasks, but this app was able to work with me to clear it all up, and give me compensation for the error (which wasn’t necessarily on their part). The person I messaged spoke very nicely and understood what I was saying. Their communication with the customers is something we need more of everywhere. Overall, this is a solid money making app. 10/10
