My team set up a trial account and we moved into Taskworld but the chat doesn't work on anyone's phone and since we are all remote we can actually work together - I can't find a way to contact iOS support to even fix the problem and there is no live chat to talk to anyone. Ugh.

My workflow requires me to reorder tasks manually often (sometimes multiple times a day). Right now there is no way to do that in Taskworld .
I process tasks in a project from the top of the list to the bottom. If I get an email from somebody prompting me to bump up the priority of a task I want to do that in Taskworld while on the go. Likewise when I want to add a new task I want to be able to choose priority by dragging and dropping it in a certain position in the list.
Right now that is not possible and the only reason why I am holding off on switching to this app.

Even though I have everything set in my phone and in Taskworld to receive notifications -silence. I have to go into Taskworld to see any kid of notification. I donβt want to have to check Taskworld several times a day to see if my client has messaged me.

Developers: Check out the way the Trello app works (I'm sure you already have)... dragging tasks between lists is essential. Your desktop app works great and it has a lot of additional, really useful functionality. Just can't use the mobile app as it is.

Needs landscape mode and timeline mode. Otherwise the best PM software I've found in years. I'll just use the desktop version and avoid Taskworld . Junk.
Update June 2017: App update says supports landscape mode. Not true. STILL NO LANDSCAPE MODE. Honestly, I don't use Taskworld at all because of this.

Great potential but so many bugs ... notifications never work properly - often times have notifications that show up as badge icons despite no new work/messages. Notifications are also severely delayed - often times pop up hours later ....

This is a great app and the concept is a fine balance between Trello and Basecamp. I want to use this but Taskworld doesn't seem to have Landscape conversion when I turn my ipad 90 degrees. This is key especially for bigger ipad users who rely on landscape to maximize desktop space and also use keyboards.

Look... I've spent a really long time nerding around with apps to know that Todoist, Trello, asana, any.do, podio, etc are all missing something that the other has. But you guys have been able to do what none of them could - make a truly great app that has road mapping, tasking, estimation, calendar integration and everything else included and baked in while keeping things fun and extremely simple to use - all with agile organization baked in too. As an agile PM in tech, here is my advice on a few features to bring in to your backlog to implement, sooner rather than later, to seriously make the mobile app more robust and feasible to use completely desktop free. 1) give cards on the mobile app ability to move vertically on a list or move across lists horizontally - and same with sub tasks for vertical movement. Very important to give this flexibility sooner rather than later to have it compete with trello - Users need ability to quickly adjust to change with ease. 2) ability to show task count or some kind of info with the badge icon on iOS. Also would be nice to enable notifications for the mobile app rather than only email. 3) As a user I want to write the "description" in a card and be able to press the "return" key on my mobile keyboard so it takes me to the next line to type, instead of exiting the editing mode.
