My workflow requires me to reorder tasks manually often (sometimes multiple times a day). Right now there is no way to do that in the app.
I process tasks in a project from the top of the list to the bottom. If I get an email from somebody prompting me to bump up the priority of a task I want to do that in the app while on the go. Likewise when I want to add a new task I want to be able to choose priority by dragging and dropping it in a certain position in the list.
Right now that is not possible and the only reason why I am holding off on switching to Taskworld.

My team set up a trial account and we moved into the app but the chat doesn't work on anyone's phone and since we are all remote we can actually work together - I can't find a way to contact iOS support to even fix the problem and there is no live chat to talk to anyone. Ugh.
