How to fix Temp. Statistics app crashes or not working on Iphone (iOS):

Close and restart the Temp. Statistics app on iPhone
Update Temp. Statistics app to the Latest Version for iOS
Uninstall and reinstall Temp. Statistics iPhone app
Update your iPhone to the latest iOS version

Fix Temp. Statistics on iPhone unable to connect to server/internet connection issues::

To resolve Temp. Statistics network issues, Reset phone network settings:
1. On iphone, goto Settings » General » Reset » Reset Network Settings.
2. Enter device passcode » confirm [Reset Network Settings].

Turn off iphone VPN:
1. Goto Settings » General » VPN

Fix Temp. Statistics not working on Android, crashes, errors or is unresponsive:

Force Stop the Temp. Statistics App
1. On android, goto Settings » Temp. Statistics » click [Force Stop]

Update Temp. Statistics to the latest version on PlayStore

Clear Temp. Statistics App Cache and Data:
1. On android, goto Settings » Apps » Temp. Statistics » Storage » click [Clear Data] option. This clears both data and cache.
2. restart Temp. Statistics.

Fix Temp. Statistics unable to contact server/ Temp. Statistics internet connection errors on Android:

On android, goto Settings » Apps or Manage Apps tab.
Click Temp. Statistics » [Force Stop]
Next, goto Storage » click [Clear Data]
Again, goto Temp. Statistics » Mobile Data » [Allow Background Data Usage].
Go back to Settings » Connections » Mobile Network » Network Mode. Change the network to 4G e.g. LTE/3G/2G (auto connect)
Relaunch Temp. Statistics
