I was just about to check out with a large order and all of a sudden , it cut out with access denied. If this business goes under, I think you know why....at least I do. I now have to call the person who was going to pick up the order for me and cancel. I am not a happy customer today.

Your app is not working and hasn’t all weekend! Am I going to be able to request an order anytime soon?

PetSmart mobile app won’t open on my iPhone. I get a white screen with the PetSmart logo and that’s it! I’ve deleted the app several times and reinstalled it with the same results.

All of the sudden the westie says that I don't have permission. I have many items in my cart too!

Can't find the "I'm here" button. Tapped the "Pick up" icon with the picture of a red car with trunk open. The resulting pop up window MAY be the place to find "I'M here" but part of that pop up window is obscured by the toolbar at the bottom. The pop up window can't be moved.
