Tènyleg ott tart a Budapest Bank 2020-ban,hogy külföldi telefonszámra nem tud az utalashoz szükséges sms-s code-ot küldeni???!!! VICC!!! “ A szabályaink szerint 30 nap a kivizsgálási idő,majd emailben értesítjük az eredményről.” Ez volt a válasz a reklamációra.
Az elmúlt hetek óta nem lehet tranzakciót újraküldeni, az azonosítás gombra kapcsolva az egész alkalmazás becrashel...
Hozzáteszem egy eléggé alap funkció még mindig nem elérhető pedig az alkalmazás már hónapok óta elérhető: számlák közötti átvezetés. Ez a régebbi MKB mobil alkalmazásban elérhető volt.

Napokon belul megszüntetem a számláimat
Még a pandémia ideje alatt a postai csekkeket be lehetett fizetni az alkalmazással, volt direkt erre szolgáló QR kód olvasóval ellátott funkció. Ez mostanra eltűnt (?), vagy csak jól elrejtették. Ha szándékos volt, akkor szerintem hatalmas visszalépés, nagyon kiváncsi lennék, mi lehetett az oka.
A bank válasza után egy csillag - a QR kód beolvasási lehetőség helyetti “fejlesztés”, hogy utaljam át az összeget, vagy mobilbankon használjam a sárga csekk befizetést (igen, szeretnék sokat írni, lehetőleg számítógépen-akkor minek is van az applikació?). BTW az internetbankban csak folyószámlával rendelkezve lehet csekket befizetni. Egyszerűbb lett volna azt írni, hogy nem éri meg ezt a funkciót a hitelkártyásoknak megtartani. Remélem, így még magasabb lesz a profit a tualjdonosoknak.
Jó az applikáció, az Apple Pay nagyon hiányzik sajnos.
