Unable to see recaps on leagues I'm not on. I was able to see other leagues recaps until last week. Has your policy changed or is there a problem with the web site?

How to fix LeaguePals app crashes or not working on Iphone (iOS):

Close and restart the LeaguePals app on iPhone
Update LeaguePals app to the Latest Version for iOS
Uninstall and reinstall LeaguePals iPhone app
Update your iPhone to the latest iOS version

Fix LeaguePals on iPhone unable to connect to server/internet connection issues::

To resolve LeaguePals network issues, Reset phone network settings:
1. On iphone, goto Settings » General » Reset » Reset Network Settings.
2. Enter device passcode » confirm [Reset Network Settings].

Turn off iphone VPN:
1. Goto Settings » General » VPN

LeaguePals Android App Issues and Solutions

Fix LeaguePals not working on Android, crashes, errors or is unresponsive:

Force Stop the LeaguePals App
1. On android, goto Settings » LeaguePals » click [Force Stop]

Update LeaguePals to the latest version on PlayStore

Clear LeaguePals App Cache and Data:
1. On android, goto Settings » Apps » LeaguePals » Storage » click [Clear Data] option. This clears both data and cache.
2. restart LeaguePals.

Fix LeaguePals unable to contact server/ LeaguePals internet connection errors on Android:

On android, goto Settings » Apps or Manage Apps tab.
Click LeaguePals » [Force Stop]
Next, goto Storage » click [Clear Data]
Again, goto LeaguePals » Mobile Data » [Allow Background Data Usage].
Go back to Settings » Connections » Mobile Network » Network Mode. Change the network to 4G e.g. LTE/3G/2G (auto connect)
Relaunch LeaguePals
