The concept is good. My biggest complaint is that I can not read the text on iPhone platform. The font is so small that is is not usable. I can not use the iPhone’s ability to zoom in to read the screens.
I am using an iPhone 6 Plus. My wife is using an iPhone 8. We both have the same issue with reading the text.
Please fix this!!!

App loads slowly; even on an iPhone 13. Sometimes it starts to load and then freezes. LeaguePals has not been updated in over 2 years. The last update was to support iOS 13. The only reason LeaguePals gets one star is because it is free.
Save yourself some frustration and don’t download.

LeaguePals is OK for what it is. A way to check schedule and standings. The score/series tracker is adequate.
Customer support is where this review gets dinged. I contacted Support and explained the issue. 8 emails later and the only thing they can suggest is to log off and back on! I have explained the actual problem multiple times but the support person can’t put down the “help desk script” long enough to understand.
Use LeaguePals carefully so you NEVER need customer support!!

LeaguePals is ok. The center that I bowl at went to this from a different application called league secretary. The printout that this software produces for league night is absolute garbage. It’s difficult to read and is not appealing to the eye. If that part can be changed with better font and layout, I would give this five stars. Until then it gets three in my opinion.

I would leave zero stars if I could. The criteria for passwords must not be accurate because I tried signing up with 10 different passwords, each with numbers, special characters, and over 9 characters. Step 1 of creating an app: make it usable.

Obsolete app and technology.
Haven't been updated in over 3 years.
Typos in some of the text.
Wont accept good hard to guess passwords.
Installed it and deleted it within minutes.

Open up LeaguePals and all I get is a white screen!!!! Once in a while it will tell me I’m not connected to the internet even though I’m full 5G!!!!! Uninstalled and reinstalled and still does NOTHING!!!!!!

I’m trying to create an account, but it keeps saying that my password doesn’t meet the requirements. I checked for those requirements and it meets all those but it still won’t work

Sort of works but no updates until the next bowling event (very lame), would like to see how I did and my new averages but that isn’t possible. I also can’t add myself to the league, says someone else is me. Do not recommend

As a Youth Director, I am frustrated by how difficult this program is for junior leagues. Most parents of youth aren’t going to get their kids an email address and will only give me the parent address. The league defaults to the parent name. When adding a family member, they are blocked from adding others because of this email issue. I’ve been stuck using manual sheets and calculations for the past few leagues because of this.

Probably among the worst apps I’ve ever seen. Uses ancient technology, which is very slow. Profile pictures upload sideways. I don’t even know if LeaguePals is PCI-DSS compliant. I don’t think I can trust LeaguePals to process credit card payments.

App was serviceable once leagues added games bowled for the week. Only issue I’m having as of the last week or so is that you can’t see the bowlers’ breakdown of what they bowled when you rotate your device, like LeaguePals suggests for that function. 😕

I find it quite negative that our league has entered a team (2)out of 3 persons @ week 15 of 18 week schedule.They bowl a VACANT team win 3 games for 7 pts 100%? & placed in 1st? Place with 3 weeks left to play.I find it unfair to the rest of the other 20 teams who move down 1 position in the standings.I don't agree with League Pals listing for week 16.This has caused rescheduling AGAIN..where 2nd place team will NOT bowl 1st place team in week 17 schedule..week 18 position??These 2 teams never played each other DUE to rescheduling..Is a captains meeting warranted.Advise..never saw this EVER take place in a Sanctioned League.also..In reading payment current listing states $20 not $25 for leagues starting Before 3pm is it current 2022
