How to fix Snixx app crashes or not working on Iphone (iOS):

Close and restart the Snixx app on iPhone
Update Snixx app to the Latest Version for iOS
Uninstall and reinstall Snixx iPhone app
Update your iPhone to the latest iOS version

Fix Snixx on iPhone unable to connect to server/internet connection issues::

To resolve Snixx network issues, Reset phone network settings:
1. On iphone, Goto "Settings" » "General" » "Reset" » "Reset Network Settings".
2. Enter your device passcode. Then confirm "Reset Network Settings".

Turn off your VPN:
1. Goto "Settings" » "General" » "VPN".

Follow these steps to resolve intermittent Snixx app issues:

Force Stop the Snixx App
1. On android, goto "Settings" » click Snixx app. » click "Force Stop".

Update Snixx to the latest version on PlayStore

Clear Snixx App Cache and Data:
1. On your device, goto "Settings" » click "Apps" » select "Snixx app" » click "Storage" » click "Clear Data" option. This Clears both data and cache.
2. Relaunch Snixx.

Fix Snixx unable to contact server/ Snixx internet connection errors on Android:

This issue is usually caused by your network. Here is how to fix:

On android, goto "Settings" » "Apps" or "Manage Apps" tab.
Click Snixx » "Force Stop".
Next, goto "Storage" » "Clear Data".
Again, got Snixx » "Mobile Data" » "Allow Background Data Usage".
Go back to "Settings" » "Connections" » "Mobile Network" » "Network Mode".
Now, put your network on 4G e.g. LTE/3G/2G (auto connect)
Relaunch Snixx on android.
