I was really excited about using Beam since I would be able to donate by just walking into my favorite store but they make it so much harder than advertised! They send me push notifications and spam me all the time but when I go to donate, their app doesn’t function properly. Really great idea but sadly they seem to fall short.

extremely limited options. i downloaded Beam believing i could use this at any restaurant i wanted for any charity i choose. too bad i can only use Beam at the following places ONLY: dos toros, dig inn, think coffee, or inday go go. and i can only choose the following causes: local community support, public health, education, girls & women, sustainability, child advocacy, and disaster relief. all of these are great causes but im particularly passionate about animal welfare and there is NO option for that. also i don’t eat at any of those businesses. its unfortunate there aren’t more options :(

Really love Beam idea! I was able to choose which charity to donate a part of my drink purchase. Definitely will be using this again in the future.

I love Beam because it allows me to bring more meaning to my everyday purchases. I already frequent Dig Inn and Dos Toros, so racking up some good karma when I eat there is a huge bonus!

I downloaded this app and was so impressed with the new UI. It is extremely intuitive and easy to navigate. Very impressed!

I love being able to support causes that are important to me (such as women’s empowerment) through my everyday purchases at places like Dig Inn. this app makes it super easy. It’s also a great way for me to find out which businesses are re-investing their profits toward improving our world, and makes me more likely to buy from there (that’s how I tried Think coffee and Dos Toros for the first time). Everyone should download Beam to help support their favorite causes (with minimal effort and investment)

I heard about this app through a friend and I was skeptical at first because I guess I didnt really understand how it worked and assumed I would need to use Beam anytime I paid but I was wrong! I just signed up and linked my card then anytime I normally made a purchase for lunch at dig inn or Inday they sent me a push notification to allow me to pick which non profit I could support. I can’t believe it’s free and these awesome businesses are supporting these causes. I really hope to see even more places I could shop on there!

I LOVE the this app app — the user interface is so clean and easy to maneuver, and most importantly, it’s such an amazing concept. I love that I can do good with a purchase without seriously no additional cost to me as the consumer. That’s pretty incredible.

this app is in the business of giving, but does it with money I am already spending on coffee and tacos! It makes me feel so good to be a part of deciding what causes to donate to while supporting my favorite local spots. ☺️ y’all need to feel what I’m feelin!!!!

I have been using this app for over a year now, and I love how it makes giving back to my favorite charities so easy (and at no expense to me)!! I go to my favorite places for coffee/food, and I’m able to pick which charity the restaurant will give to! LOVE it!!

Beam makes it so easy to give to your favorite causes. Sometimes it’s hard to find time to directly volunteer for causes you care about but we always have enough time to expand the economic impact of our purchases! this app make it easy to do that.

I love Beam!!!! It helps me donate to my favorite causes (WITHOUT SPENDING MY OWN MONEY) while eating at my favorite restaurants! They have a ton of options and I love that I can search places according to the causes I care about. Plus Beam is super easy to navigate and works great. What more can I ask for?!?!

It always makes me smile when I get the push and get to support causes I care about just because I bought lunch at Dig Inn or a coffee at Think! I’m always on the lookout for ways to contribute to girls’ education and women empowerment and I love that Beam lets you filter by cause so I know how to support those. Highly recommend :)
