Mountain Mike's Pizza Reviews

I love Mountain Mike’s Pizza, as do many other people. The only down fall is how long it can take for my pizza to be ready 😭. That is why I adore MountainMikesPizza ! I love being able to order ahead, I time my order so it’s always ready when I get there. This is the most convenient food app in my arsenal, and it is so easy to use. And the rewards? Oh sweetie, the rewards are phenomenal, especially if you like birthday treats! Perhaps my most favorite thing about the whole ordering on MountainMikesPizza is the customizations you can make, without even having to interact with people. I can order a half and half, remove or add toppings, and see promotions without even interacting with people. AT ALL. Seriously- a few taps and swipes and I have amazing food in minutes. Another cool tidbit is that MountainMikesPizza recommends additional food ideas before you checkout. If you don’t think that’s awesome now, wait till you try the mini CHURRS. Literally. 🍕👌

MountainMikesPizza is super easy to use, saves your info for fast checkouts, and saves your previous orders. I don’t understand why so many are complaining about app. Easier to make orders than the website which glitched often when placing orders with a phone. Great job Mountain Mike’s!

Very disappointed with MountainMikesPizza. Can’t place an order unless I add a credit card, which I don’t like. Couldn’t use the coupon I had with MountainMikesPizza . Got the wrong crust with my pizza, and there wasn’t an option to choose crust type anyway. The prices were also $3-4 higher per pizza than ordering in person or over the phone. The only thing I did like was that they made it easy to order a half and half custom pizza. Won’t make this mistake again. 😕

Placed my order on Friday morning for pickup in the evening for family game night. Awesome that I could pretty much just set it and forget it and everything be ready for me to grab on my way home. Super easy and I got to redeem some rewards too.

When you open the menu, you can’t scroll through all the options because some are cut off below, but touching the screen to scroll down just selects one of the visible options, making part of the menu unusable.

There are also no coupons or special offers in MountainMikesPizza like the website has.

Just use their website in a full browser to order.

The old version just link you to their website and everything is fine from there. The new version UI is hard to navigate, reward system is buggy, how come it’s easy to find the coupon on the website, but hard to find in MountainMikesPizza . made me test their crappy app, lost my appetite for mountain mike pizza, going out for Korean bbq now.

If you wanna pay full price for your pizza it seems simple and easy to use. If you have a coupon I don’t know how you’re supposed to use it. I consider myself Semi-intelligent but couldn’t find it anywhere on MountainMikesPizza . Also wish MountainMikesPizza took Apple Pay or another form of payment other than a credit card.

I thought the web site was bad!
If you customize and remove a standard item and add another it charges you for a extra topping.
Same if you make a half and half, just keeps charging for extra topping for each half.
Small screen, like made for a cell phone, even on my 10” iPad.
Makes you enter a credit card just to see the menu. Wish I didn’t as this is so bad it will probably be hacked!

Always easy to use MountainMikesPizza to place future orders for pick up or delivery on a busy Friday night or hectic Monday in the office. I am glad I can earn points with every purchase too!

Better off calling your restaurant than using MountainMikesPizza. It won’t accept coupons that come in the mail. Only allows coupon codes that come from email list you must sign up to receive. Coupons that are on MountainMikesPizza do not always work. I ended up going to a competitor using the Slice app. Get it together Mountain Mike’s! Your faithful customers deserve better than this.

First off, I love mountain mikes but absolutely HATE MountainMikesPizza. I hate that you can’t add coupons when ordering online or that you don’t have the option to pay in person. My mountain mikes is always super busy and they always put me on hold. I would much rather order online but I always have coupons to use. Therefore I can’t order online. Please fix this.

MountainMikesPizza requires you to enter all of your credit card information and SAVE it before they’ll even let you look at the menu. It’s a data breach waiting to happen. So many other restaurants have such successful, easy to use, and user-friendly apps that it’s just unbelievable that this company can’t build a decent app for their customers to use.

MountainMikesPizza provides no extra features, has less discounts, no access to the standard promotions. My local store messed up and did not deliver pizzas I ordered through MountainMikesPizza and now they cannot refund me because I used MountainMikesPizza. You will have a much better experience on the website.

Not sure why many negative reviews, app works great, you can redeem pre-loaded coupons in MountainMikesPizza .

I picked a location then changed the order but did not go back to the pick a location screen. It changed the location to a closer location. Will never use again. Just call in like always.

The rewards are fantastic and MountainMikesPizza is simple and clean!

MountainMikesPizza is literally a replica of the website. It has no advanced capability such as tracking your order or updates on status. It only provides a receipt. Only benefit is the $5.00 off for downloading MountainMikesPizza . Other than that it’s terrible.

Honestly, it’s a good app, good service, HAVENT had any problems when I switched over to DoorDash and MountainMikesPizza for primary access. So it’s pretty great

Full menu is not available via app. Credit card info required to even view local menu. Does not allow user to enter coupon codes. Given the poor usability of MountainMikesPizza , what’s the point of a rewards program if you can’t acknowledge purchases?

This is not a well made app. I have to create a new account to use it instead of using my credentials from the Mountain Mike’s website, I can’t even look at the menu without entering a credit card first and there is no Apple Pay support!

Save time and just go to the website instead.

Say goodbye to mountain Mike’s easy and and standard coupons and say hello to a worthless rewards program similar to round table, if not the exact same thing!

It's a shame Mountain Mike's has skimped on their app budget and produced such a horrible app, because their pizza is quite good. I feel their website, online ordering system, and app (which are all terrible) are holding the company back from growth.

Today, I downloaded MountainMikesPizza as a welcome alternative to their website, but found it was basically a poor wrapper for a poor website. Although I ended up ordering pizza, it took a good 15 minutes just to navigate the confusing website. It wasn't a good experience in a day and age when one can order pizza with much more polished and advanced apps.

Not sure why there are bad reviews. Using an iPhone in January 2019 I was able to find the closest location, set to a delivery at a Future time, order a half and half gluten free plus a medium sausage. Very happy there are several sauce options (including none) and several levels of extras. I wanted to use the Slice app but it didn’t have all of the options that the MM app had.

I downloaded MountainMikesPizza , ordered a pizza, then received and ate a pizza. Seems like a no-brainer too me.
It’s pretty basic as far as apps go...Not fancy, no bells or whistles. But...I don’t care- I just wanted a pizza.

I was all excited when their website said there was an app finally. It's just their horrible mobile web site in an "app" form. I can't even get delivery because it's says $40 isn't high enough now, which it never said before on the website. The navigation is still ridiculous and counterintuitive with error messages. At least hire a college IT student to write you an app or something.

The "app" just puts up a webpage for you to enter info into. It would be way easier to just go to the normal website. At least then all of your info could be auto populated from your browser. Considering I just ordered 2 pizzas (two toppings) and wings and the total came out to a jaw-dropping $54 (after a coupon), I'm thinking the company could pay to have a nice app.

Terrible UX. Worse UI than Google 1.0 search engine, which means the "design" decisions made are worse than making none at all. Sure seems like partnering with a very basic third party menu app would be a step up. If there's no integration with Applepay at this point, don't bother. No one wants to tap out their cc# on their phone anymore. What decade is this again?

Mountain mikes needs to research other companies ordering systems and upgrade theirs. You can’t view store specials or I put a coupon you have. It provides the bare minimum. I ended up just calling to order.

Works well, but never send email confirmation as it says it will. I did double check my email, asked store manager to look into it also. If this was fixed, would be 5 stars!

Can't order from MountainMikesPizza , it redirects you to the website which was cumbersome. There is a glitch where if you're trying to order a half and half pizza, it continually reverts back to the first half. I'm going to delete MountainMikesPizza because I don't see a purpose of having it if I have to go to the website.

Creating your own pizza is fine and user friendly but MountainMikesPizza appears to "lock up" when starting the checkout process. But it's not actually locked up and allows you to complete the order.

Need a redesign and better operational app.

Got MountainMikesPizza because trying to use a mobile device on safari was awful. However, MountainMikesPizza doesn't load anything when you click the location. Needs to fix the bugs before this can be functional. So frustrated I ended up getting round table.
