Garbage signed up carnt even watch todays match what a load of poop

My bank has issued me with a new bank card and has changed from Visa debit to Mastercard debit. When I change details to subscribe I get an error.

I'm trying to subscribe to mutv on my phone & it wont accept my payment keeps saying there is an error with card which I know card details are correct & I'm unable to speak to an advisor I've missed today's games as a result but would like to resolve so I'm able to watch further games I already have the mutv app I wait for your reply Robert Thomas

First I paid £7.99 for a month to watch the liverpoool game Money taken out of my bank but it tells me to subscribe Do me being stupid paid for a year £29 ish. Same thing happened. Obviously I’ve missed the Liverpool game now so please refund my £7.99. And please sort out the yearly subscription so I can watch the remaining tour games Or is this just a scam ???

I recently paid a year subscription but have been unable to watch mutv, keep saying username or password incorrect “which it isn’t”, can’t get hold of anyone to complain.they were quick enough to take the money from my account.I think this site is a scam

Subscribed one year to watch Manu v Liverpool and phone or TV is asking me to subscribe again so I can’t watch. Tv app is saying fatal error and having trouble with service

Paid for a month of MUTV to watch the Everton game as I am at work and can’t get there. Money has been taken and the app says I’m subscribed as a notification but won’t play live tv and tells me to subscribe 😡

I paid for subscription i have rescipt and order number the app says i've paid but everthing is still scrambled. I tryed getting hold of someone with no luck ,then i manged to call a number the following day (today)that was for most enquires i got an automated voice saying lines were busy season tickets sold out then it hung up, no different options for different enquires seeing it was for different departments and i still hav'nt been able to speak to someone.

I have no sound on live feed. Streaming is fine. Have sound on on demand & radio feature. What do I do?

I have no sound when trying to watch live streaming content? the video streaming is fine no lagging etc? have sound when playing the other stuff? i have tried on PC, installed the app on fire stick, and on 2 mobiles (a samsung S10 and a Sansung S20) the same issue on them all. when i select listern to live audio, this works but the live video then pauses?
