I have successfully used your app for several years but now I can not play videos, still image displayed but video not loading.

I can watch MUTV on my iPhone in landscape mode but as soon as I mirror cast to Samsung tv it reverts back to portrait mode with no option to rotate, also there is no stop start options to play the video or live t.v I’m watching, I have an iPhone 12, anyone help??

Unable to chromecast from MUTV “live” broadcast - the chromecast icon doesn’t show up. The icon shows up on the “Full 90” but the Man Utd vs Sheriff game isn’t there 6 1/2 hours after is was on your “live” MUTV schedule. I’m in Australia using your latest app, on an iPad with up to date firmware and the lastest chromecast version. Chromecast works on every other tv/ streaming channel! Isn’t chromecast available on your “live” broadcast, if not why have you changed the time lag to transfer the game to “Full 90”?

I’ve subscribed for the monthly MUTV subscription and the money has been deducted from my account long ago and it still tells me to subscribe when I’ve already paid. Won’t work on phone or laptop online or on app. Please urgently provide solution before the next game tomorrow morning.

I'm not able to use Chromecast with MUTV. Chromecast works fine with other apps on my phone and tablet but doesn't start with MUTV. Anyone else having same problem and is there a solution for that?

Follow these steps to resolve intermittent MUTV app issues:

Force Stop the MUTV App
1. On android, goto "Settings" » click MUTV app. » click "Force Stop".

Update MUTV to the latest version on PlayStore

Clear MUTV App Cache and Data:
1. On your device, goto "Settings" » click "Apps" » select "MUTV app" » click "Storage" » click "Clear Data" option. This Clears both data and cache.
2. Relaunch MUTV.

Fix MUTV unable to contact server/ MUTV internet connection errors on Android:

This issue is usually caused by your network. Here is how to fix:

On android, goto "Settings" » "Apps" or "Manage Apps" tab.
Click MUTV » "Force Stop".
Next, goto "Storage" » "Clear Data".
Again, got MUTV » "Mobile Data" » "Allow Background Data Usage".
Go back to "Settings" » "Connections" » "Mobile Network" » "Network Mode".
Now, put your network on 4G e.g. LTE/3G/2G (auto connect)
Relaunch MUTV on android.
