Hello! I try to register in Beautypass 3 month ago and till now the request still not have any news the application says that request is send already but nothing happens already 2 month

How to fix Beautypass app crashes or not working on Iphone (iOS):

Close and restart the Beautypass app on iPhone
Update Beautypass app to the Latest Version for iOS
Uninstall and reinstall Beautypass iPhone app
Update your iPhone to the latest iOS version

Fix Beautypass on iPhone unable to connect to server/internet connection issues::

To resolve Beautypass network issues, Reset phone network settings:
1. On iphone, goto Settings » General » Reset » Reset Network Settings.
2. Enter device passcode » confirm [Reset Network Settings].

Turn off iphone VPN:
1. Goto Settings » General » VPN

Beautypass Android App Issues and Solutions

Fix Beautypass not working on Android, crashes, errors or is unresponsive:

Force Stop the Beautypass App
1. On android, goto Settings » Beautypass » click [Force Stop]

Update Beautypass to the latest version on PlayStore

Clear Beautypass App Cache and Data:
1. On android, goto Settings » Apps » Beautypass » Storage » click [Clear Data] option. This clears both data and cache.
2. restart Beautypass.

Fix Beautypass unable to contact server/ Beautypass internet connection errors on Android:

On android, goto Settings » Apps or Manage Apps tab.
Click Beautypass » [Force Stop]
Next, goto Storage » click [Clear Data]
Again, goto Beautypass » Mobile Data » [Allow Background Data Usage].
Go back to Settings » Connections » Mobile Network » Network Mode. Change the network to 4G e.g. LTE/3G/2G (auto connect)
Relaunch Beautypass
