How to fix AlKhattaba app crashes or not working on Iphone (iOS):

Close and restart the AlKhattaba app on iPhone
Update AlKhattaba app to the Latest Version for iOS
Uninstall and reinstall AlKhattaba iPhone app
Update your iPhone to the latest iOS version

Fix AlKhattaba on iPhone unable to connect to server/internet connection issues::

To resolve AlKhattaba network issues, Reset phone network settings:
1. On iphone, goto Settings » General » Reset » Reset Network Settings.
2. Enter device passcode » confirm [Reset Network Settings].

Turn off iphone VPN:
1. Goto Settings » General » VPN

AlKhattaba Android App Issues and Solutions

Fix AlKhattaba not working on Android, crashes, errors or is unresponsive:

Force Stop the AlKhattaba App
1. On android, goto Settings » AlKhattaba » click [Force Stop]

Update AlKhattaba to the latest version on PlayStore

Clear AlKhattaba App Cache and Data:
1. On android, goto Settings » Apps » AlKhattaba » Storage » click [Clear Data] option. This clears both data and cache.
2. restart AlKhattaba.

Fix AlKhattaba unable to contact server/ AlKhattaba internet connection errors on Android:

On android, goto Settings » Apps or Manage Apps tab.
Click AlKhattaba » [Force Stop]
Next, goto Storage » click [Clear Data]
Again, goto AlKhattaba » Mobile Data » [Allow Background Data Usage].
Go back to Settings » Connections » Mobile Network » Network Mode. Change the network to 4G e.g. LTE/3G/2G (auto connect)
Relaunch AlKhattaba
