It was ok but my only concern was when I got a duplicate order that I did not place, was charged for it. Customer supoort was not helpful, gave a curt response. When I replied back offering to send back the box with no opened products, I received no reply. I also expressed concern about not being able to access my payment methods in case I needed to change of which I did need to do. I received zero assistance, not a reply. Nothing. Ive been ordering products from them for a year. I know exactly what and when I order something. I dont like beibg told im basically a liar and then ignored. Thats not good customer service, and makes me distrust the company. Ive reached out again one last time. If I dont get an answer I will contact the BBB, and contact my credit card.
