I was in a rush to get to work and scanned the first bike I saw. The bike lock was completely broken, and when I looked up, someone used their personal lock on that broken bike. I immediately reported the case. 哈啰骑车顺风车打车租车 charged me for 200 minutes (extra fined fee) for a bike I couldn’t use and couldn’t lock. I reported the case over 10 times and called customer support but nobody picked up. The case report was “pending” for 200 minutes. They still charged me the extra fee.
Maliciously do not pay.

Do not download 哈啰骑车顺风车打车租车, the driver Never reach you, and leave without you. also you have to pay for driver. The most saddest thing is customer service ask you to pay for it, she told me she can’t solve anything.
这不给个差评都不行了，等了1个小时等不到司机. 司机不联系你，你也联系不了司机. 最后客服除了叫你付款，什么问题都解决不了.
