Last 2 days VRV mobile app hasn't been working. Keep getting error message that VRV is not available in my country.. but service works fine on my Home console.. I've signed out, cleared the cache and data and deleted the app but when I download it again samething happens

the APP opens and loads, will even let me sign into my premium account, but as soon as i try tp play a video, i get "VRV isn't responding" or an error saying that the APP keeps closing.
