Last 2 days VRV mobile app hasn't been working. Keep getting error message that VRV is not available in my country.. but service works fine on my Home console.. I've signed out, cleared the cache and data and deleted the app but when I download it again samething happens

the APP opens and loads, will even let me sign into my premium account, but as soon as i try tp play a video, i get "VRV isn't responding" or an error saying that the APP keeps closing.

Follow these steps to resolve intermittent VRV app issues:

Force Stop the VRV App
1. On android, goto "Settings" » click VRV app. » click "Force Stop".

Update VRV to the latest version on PlayStore

Clear VRV App Cache and Data:
1. On your device, goto "Settings" » click "Apps" » select "VRV app" » click "Storage" » click "Clear Data" option. This Clears both data and cache.
2. Relaunch VRV.

Fix VRV unable to contact server/ VRV internet connection errors on Android:

This issue is usually caused by your network. Here is how to fix:

On android, goto "Settings" » "Apps" or "Manage Apps" tab.
Click VRV » "Force Stop".
Next, goto "Storage" » "Clear Data".
Again, got VRV » "Mobile Data" » "Allow Background Data Usage".
Go back to "Settings" » "Connections" » "Mobile Network" » "Network Mode".
Now, put your network on 4G e.g. LTE/3G/2G (auto connect)
Relaunch VRV on android.
