- Message boards not accessible through the mobile app

- App does not allow for running in the background when listening to records

- Cannot download working files or record files directly from the app, must redirect to the web.

I cannot open “hitrecord” on my iPhone anymore or access my account or anything! It insists that I update it BUT when I do, Apple warns that it’s no longer in App Store so there’s nothing I can do?!

How to fix HITRECORD app crashes or not working on Iphone (iOS):

Close and restart the HITRECORD app on iPhone
Update HITRECORD app to the Latest Version for iOS
Uninstall and reinstall HITRECORD iPhone app
Update your iPhone to the latest iOS version

Fix HITRECORD on iPhone unable to connect to server/internet connection issues::

To resolve HITRECORD network issues, Reset phone network settings:
1. On iphone, goto Settings » General » Reset » Reset Network Settings.
2. Enter device passcode » confirm [Reset Network Settings].

Turn off iphone VPN:
1. Goto Settings » General » VPN

HITRECORD Android App Issues and Solutions

Fix HITRECORD not working on Android, crashes, errors or is unresponsive:

Force Stop the HITRECORD App
1. On android, goto Settings » HITRECORD » click [Force Stop]

Update HITRECORD to the latest version on PlayStore

Clear HITRECORD App Cache and Data:
1. On android, goto Settings » Apps » HITRECORD » Storage » click [Clear Data] option. This clears both data and cache.
2. restart HITRECORD.

Fix HITRECORD unable to contact server/ HITRECORD internet connection errors on Android:

On android, goto Settings » Apps or Manage Apps tab.
Click HITRECORD » [Force Stop]
Next, goto Storage » click [Clear Data]
Again, goto HITRECORD » Mobile Data » [Allow Background Data Usage].
Go back to Settings » Connections » Mobile Network » Network Mode. Change the network to 4G e.g. LTE/3G/2G (auto connect)
Relaunch HITRECORD
