- No recipe or few ingredients (no measurements)

- No recipes for components

- No description of the dish

- No contact info to voice a complaint

- Can't get the second page or any other preliminary pages to scroll

- Can't sign in, it keeps crashing

- Can't use my keyboard of choice

- Final sign in page stays half hidden behind the keyboard and snaps back every time you pull it

Hello, the Gronda app on my phone is great but it will not work on my laptop at all. I am a paid member and have been subscribed for two years at least. Can you please let me know if there is something I can do as I want to print off recipes from my laptop. Kind regards Paul

Hi, I have saved 72 creations that I was saving up before I bought the app. Have just purchased the app now and I can only see 15/72 creations when I open the list. What can I do to see the rest please. Thanks

How to fix Gronda app crashes or not working on Iphone (iOS):

Close and restart the Gronda app on iPhone
Update Gronda app to the Latest Version for iOS
Uninstall and reinstall Gronda iPhone app
Update your iPhone to the latest iOS version

Fix Gronda on iPhone unable to connect to server/internet connection issues::

To resolve Gronda network issues, Reset phone network settings:
1. On iphone, goto Settings » General » Reset » Reset Network Settings.
2. Enter device passcode » confirm [Reset Network Settings].

Turn off iphone VPN:
1. Goto Settings » General » VPN

Gronda Android App Issues and Solutions

Fix Gronda not working on Android, crashes, errors or is unresponsive:

Force Stop the Gronda App
1. On android, goto Settings » Gronda » click [Force Stop]

Update Gronda to the latest version on PlayStore

Clear Gronda App Cache and Data:
1. On android, goto Settings » Apps » Gronda » Storage » click [Clear Data] option. This clears both data and cache.
2. restart Gronda.

Fix Gronda unable to contact server/ Gronda internet connection errors on Android:

On android, goto Settings » Apps or Manage Apps tab.
Click Gronda » [Force Stop]
Next, goto Storage » click [Clear Data]
Again, goto Gronda » Mobile Data » [Allow Background Data Usage].
Go back to Settings » Connections » Mobile Network » Network Mode. Change the network to 4G e.g. LTE/3G/2G (auto connect)
Relaunch Gronda
