For sure 100% I will never buy from Zumiez and be certain that I will not recommend you.
ZUMIEZ has customer service under age or mentally undeveloped or crazy idiots.
I was humiliated by the Zumiez customer service and I was labeled a hostile because:
After 5 days on my order and when I could not track my order at Zumiez website, I contacted Zumiez customer service to find out why I am receiving the message posted below and why I am not able to track my item and why I was not contacted by the Zumiez driver and why I was not contacted by the Zumiez store if the store already has my item and why the delivery message I received stated that the item was left at my door. (Success! Fabian Williams has delivered your stuff! Please follow the link to tell us how we did and earn 500 Zumiez Stash points).
The customer service is rude and do not understand the issue when I explained to them in writing in 4 emails. and told me they do not have access to tracking!!!
The initial issue was the tracking of the item purchased from Zumiez does not work and when the I received a message stating was delivered to me, the message did not indicate where it was delivered to me is it my address or to the store?
And I did not receive any photos or delivery updates from the driver or by the tracking.
I did NOT receive a message or email regarding where the item was delivered and if it is ready for me to pick up and where to pick it up with the phone number. and I did not receive a CALL WHEN MY ITEM WAS READY TO PICK UP AND I DID NOT RECEIVER THE ADDRESS OR THE PHONE NUMBER OF THE STORE TO CONFIRM. I tried to explain this issue to the customer service so they can fix it for me and for the other shopper, I got an insult from the customer service who did not understand the issue in 4 explanations emails.
The following are the Email messages between myself and the ZUMIEZ CUSTOMER SERVICE. You be the judge: is this a customer service or kid or a stupid idiot working for Zumiez.

Why I am not able to track my order?

Here's what may be different than your normal carrier experience:

· You will get text message updates on the day of your delivery. This will allow open communication between you and your driver, up
until your package is delivered.
·Your driver will probably have a cool fit on.

Your order was delivered to this store via Zumiez Delivery. With our personal Zumiez Delivery service, we do not have a way to access live tracking.
Please contact the Zumiez at The Outlets at Orange about your package that has been ready for pickup.

As I explained, **your order has already been delivered at the Zumiez location that you selected at The Outlets at Orange. They have your package ready for pickup.**
You didn't receive tracking information, because as stated, **we do not provide live tracking through our Zumiez Delivery service ***

I did not know I was dealing with under age people, I thought I was dealing with adults explaining the mistakes your company is making so your company can address it properly to improve their customer service.
