Gimmicky

Easy to acquire points, I have over 100k. All you can buy with points is screen savers and sticker/color sheets you can print from home. I enter every sweepstakes but no luck there. As far as exchanging points for an actual item you will not do with Zumiez or stash points. As soon as they put an item up it says sold out. I’ve, on 4 occasions, logged in app and seconds later logged back in seeing a new item added but says sold out... I like this app but stash points isn’t a perk. Most stores you can enter sweepstakes without purchasing anything and You can get any of the screen savers/printables online free without stash points or app...

Love Zumiez, Hate their system.

I love shopping at this app although they are expensive for what you’re getting. I’ve spent a LOT of money in this app, but the points you get in their reward system is bull. no legitimate awards for reasonable points, i’ve probably spent hundreds of dollars at this app but i don’t have near enough reward points to possibly get a T-SHIRT. most of the rewards are wallpapers and when it’s a tangible item it costs unnecessarily high amount of points. huge let down. vans family has a great system.

Website glitching

I’m having issues where I try to shop on the website but it gets pushed way to the ride side of my screen. It makes it very hard to navigate and use and because of it being pushed it doesn’t work as well as it used to. Now when I scroll or don’t even touch my screen it clicks on something and when I push the back button it moves everything around and it makes it very confusing. Please fix the site I was really looking to get some new pants but using it is almost impossible now!

Good brand, TERRIBLE app

Zumies is a good brand in terms of the store. If I were rating the actual store I would probably give at least 4 stars, but Zumies online is not representative of that at all. I forgot my password and had a link sent to my email which I seemingly didn’t receive (granted that could’ve been my email’s fault). However I had another link sent, and when I finally got to the page to reset my password, it told me the link had expired (that link was sent less than 5 minutes beforehand). Okay, that’s a tad bit ridiculous but I’ll request another email to reset my password. Then it tells me that I’ve made the maximum amount of password reset requests, and now I’m basically being told that there’s no way to log onto my account. In all fairness, I can’t rate the actual usability of Zumiez because I can’t even use Zumiez . What I can say though is that shopping through Zumies is NOT worth the frustration of just trying to log into my account.

Tried to Love It

I had tried again and again to use Zumiez, and once I finally was able to, it sent me to a sign up page witch took each section a good 5 minutes to load. The rough part was when I found out that my added up 30 minutes of trying to sign up eventually got me to another web page, at which point I had found out how ABSOLUTELY low and earning less Zumiez was. In order for me to earn 1 sticker page, I’d have to put away so much of the time, and by then I could have earned enough money via ANY OTHER APP

Racist App (I’m dead serious)

Attempted several times to make an account but Zumiez would not accept my last name. After joking with a buddy about it hating hispanic names, we entered his last name as well (both of us are of mexican decent.) We then attemped a third friends name and alas, NONE of the three Mexican last names were accepted as “valid last name(s)” which is entirely baffling. Even more so when we changed the original last name to include a phallic pun in it and it was accepted. Please fix this entirely offensive oversight ASAP.

Only one problem

Only problem I’ve had is that they don’t add stash points. You’ll take surveys and other things where they say they’ll give you points, read emails and they’ll give you points, buts it’s only about half the time you actually receive the points they say you’ll get. Half the time you get nothing for spending time on surveys and half the time you get points. Nothing you can do about this but just be aware. I like Zumiez I’m just salty about “earning points” I don’t get sometimes. Other than that it’s a fine app, I will keep using it.

Frustrated

I’m starting to get a little irritated with the fact that I’m at the ‘Legend’ level but never see upcoming items, let alone get a notification when new stuff is available. I’ve un/reinstalled several times and I’m definitely on the latest update, (though this has been a problem for about a year). I’ve left feedback whenever a survey or something’s been put up in-app or online, but I guess either not many others have this issue or it just hasn’t been addressed for whatever reason. Tbh im just tired of seeing every single good thing sold out before I even know what’s dropping and just sitting on 120,000+ seemingly useless points that I’ve earned and saved from my years of choosing this app to buy my decks,
,hardware, and clothes; and tires of feeling lied to about getting to see upcoming drops.

I’ve walked into this app for the first time the other day and thought it was very cool, and the manager said I should hit up Zumiez or website. I’ve gotten on the website and saw a lot of the brands I liked on my laptop, but on my phone with Zumiez , I can’t access anything. It’d be really cool if it were up by now. I can only rate it as it is because I haven’t experienced Zumiez yet, but if it’s anything like the store or website, then I’m sure I should keep my expectations up. But where it is now I’m kinda down because I can’t use Zumiez , I hope that’ll change real soon.

great app! but...

i love Zumiez! don’t get me wrong i have redeemed points and received a bunch of cool rewards and they are awesome! But something i have recently noticed with the new update is that it always logs me out! sometimes when i’m on Zumiez it will shut down and log me out. Also, i love the new layout of Zumiez but when checking for rewards it’s hard to see what’s new when you continuously see previous gifts. i think you should bring back a grid template so everyone can see the rewards separately.

Log in problems

I had a good amount of points on my account, but for some reason now, every time I open Zumiez it pulls up the sign up and login screen and when I try to login it keeps saying that I put the wrong thing. But it is the right email, and when I try to reset my password to see if that helps, the oops message appears.

I will admit that some of the items put on Zumiez are really cool. On the down side I never receive any notification that new items are added and by the time I see them they are gone. this app Stash has done a great job of keeping people engaged through Zumiez by having special events that help you build points quickly but if you can’t spend them what is the point.
A new and some what annoying issue I am having is a constant notification showing on my app icon that I can not remove. I’ve looked through every page, checked every item but the notification alert will not go away. Any idea?

As a Sk8er I truly love the environment created by this company. It’s never a dull moment shopping with them & as far as I’m concerned it’s like shopping with family. So of course I’d love Zumiez which is always keeping me up to date with sales & rewards I’m for sure trying to get LoL. Other then that, Zumiez is a cool in general.

Don’t get me wrong I absolutely love Zumiez but the only problem I have is that my points I earn by shopping at a this app store are always on pending it has been a few weeks now from my 1st one and still no results to my points that’s the only negative thing besides that I love it

Cool to add up points and even cooler how fast they add up. this app isn’t stingy with their points like some other companies I know. I’ll go in and get a few pairs of shorts and a couple t-shirts and gain 14K points. Plus the 5pts you get for just checking into Zumiez daily. Easy. Cool rewards just gotta be fast to get em cause they sell out fast!

Zumiez is like what I stated 'alright', although I do wish that Zumiez would show stuff like all the items and clothes that they do sell instead of having the user click on the link that opens up a mini browser to the website and it's catalog.

I ordered a hoodie and it ended up not getting shipped to the right address so I simply emailed them and explained what might have happened. They had no problem double checking the address for me and shipping another one. The replacement hoodie arrived sooner than the original one was supposed too.

Love the stuff you guys put out, always sold out by the time I check Zumiez but it’s still neat. One recommendation for Zumiez is maybe by tapping the symbol at the bottom, it scrolls you automatically to the top, as I spend a long time scrolling and to have that quick refresh option would be nice. Regardless, I love Zumiez and can’t wait to spend these points!

The process was so simple and it was very easy to get everything into the cart and pay without any complications. The categories were specific and helped me find my way around the site easier, i will be shopping here way more often.

Zumiez use to work fine until, one day i clicked on Zumiez and it took me to the log in screen. i put in my email and password and it said it was wrong even though i knew it was right. so something is wrong with Zumiez right now i’m guessing. but they need to FIX THIS asap because i need to go school shopping. so FIX THIS PLEASE‼️

I’ve had the this app app for quite a while and for the entire duration of that time I have wanted Zumiez to include a way to view the inventory of stores around you, or at least the common or trending items in stores. This would be deeply appreciated and loved by all.

Why don’t we get points for entering receipts? And why is it so hard to get points. I think it should be easier, and it would be cool if we can buy all products from the this app website, rather than the reward options given to us

I bought a bunch of things that earned me a ton of stash points but I didnt get the stash app until recently. I found that I needed my receipt to add the stash points but I always throw away the receipt so I have all these orders on my online account but I can’t get the points onto Zumiez .

All of those complaining about points pending.... it literally tells you in Zumiez when you go to redeem points and then go to add receipt that 30 days after receipt is claimed that points come out of pending status. Patience is key.

Zumiez is really cool but the service at Carlsbad mall was amazing they are very friendly and could build you a board for under 100$ or 115$ or whatever you budget Is they will help you I’m coming here again when I need to again. 5 star service

He took the time to listen and help our intermediate skateboarder choose a board, trucks, wheels and bearings. He recommended a grip tape and built the board, letting our son help. That was appreciated more than anyone could know.
We saw our son truly smile for the first time in weeks.

For sure 100% I will never buy from Zumiez and be certain that I will not recommend you. ZUMIEZ has customer service under age or mentally undeveloped or crazy idiots. I was humiliated by the Zumiez customer service and I was labeled a hostile because: After 5 days on my order and when I could not track my order at Zumiez website, I contacted Zumiez customer service to find out why I am receiving the message posted below and why I am not able to track my item and why I was not contacted by the Zumiez driver and why I was not contacted by the Zumiez store if the store already has my item and why the delivery message I received stated that the item was left at my door. (Success! Fabian Williams has delivered your stuff! Please follow the link to tell us how we did and earn 500 Zumiez Stash points). The customer service is rude and do not understand the issue when I explained to them in writing in 4 emails. and told me they do not have access to tracking!!! The initial issue was the tracking of the item purchased from Zumiez does not work and when the I received a message stating was delivered to me, the message did not indicate where it was delivered to me is it my address or to the store? And I did not receive any photos or delivery updates from the driver or by the tracking. I did NOT receive a message or email regarding where the item was delivered and if it is ready for me to pick up and where to pick it up with the phone number. and I did not receive a CALL WHEN MY ITEM WAS READY TO PICK UP AND I DID NOT RECEIVER THE ADDRESS OR THE PHONE NUMBER OF THE STORE TO CONFIRM. I tried to explain this issue to the customer service so they can fix it for me and for the other shopper, I got an insult from the customer service who did not understand the issue in 4 explanations emails. The following are the Email messages between myself and the ZUMIEZ CUSTOMER SERVICE. You be the judge: is this a customer service or kid or a stupid idiot working for Zumiez. After I placed my order I received this Email from ZUMIEZ 11/23/2023 8:27 AM Thanks for your order! Here is the info you need: We will call you when your order has arrived and is ready for pick-up!
