- Sold out by the time I check the app

- No quick refresh option

- Forgot my password and had a link sent to my email which I seemingly didn’t receive

- Maximum amount of password reset requests

- Can only buy screen savers and sticker/color sheets you can print from home

- As soon as they put an item up it says sold out

i cannot redeem rewards nor even look at the terms or conditions of them, kind of upsetting because i was wanting things now they’re gone! have been trying for a few days now but the app crashes every time and closes out. not sure why this is happening or how to fix it.. any help is helpful!
