The most waste-of-time shopping app out there! All of the company’s stores’ apps are the same! I’ve tried the centrepoint, as well as the baby shop app, only to have different issues with both! I’d been trying to place an order for days but it wasn’t allowing me to get to the checkout page. I e-mailed customer service; no response. I called several times and talked to someone each time only to be told to e-mail them because it’s a “technical” issue and they can’t do anything about it! I missed out on several promotional periods because of their lack of support and “technical difficulties” with these apps. Also, the prices in CentrepointOnlineShopping show them on sale but once you add them to your cart the price goes back to the original... i had another issue with my total going UP for using my VISA even though i should’ve SAVED 10%! Save yourself the headache and don’t even bother with these stores.

Earlier I used to rate CentrepointOnlineShopping as a great one. But now I frequently experience issues while shopping online, make it a nightmarish experience. Click and collect option is not shown until the cart is cleared, app uninstalled, reinstalled several times. By the time the item goes out of stock and the whole rigmarole repeats. It is extremely frustrating.

The customer service is not following up the orders and they never respond to the customer. The time of delivering the items is not accurate . The drivers are offten calling more than 6 hours after the estimated time without even informing in advance that he will be late.

Worst app used, unable to reset password, no email being received, called center and they say no records about your data and you are not registered. Tried to register again and i get that my mobile number already registered.

My order is still being rescheduled every other day, so far it’s be rescheduled for the 5th time. I keep asking for a refund but customer services are not cooperative and keep telling me that shipment delivery will be expedited.

Probably will need to involve consumer rights if matter not resolved soon.

I do not recommend them based on my experience.

Okay i am not giving a review about the “store” itself because we all know it and love go shop there or online, but once you need a costumer service you will know the reason of the one star i gave them, there is lack of communication and bad customer service, i stopped go shopping there and deleted all their apps ( max, splash,...) as well!!

CentrepointOnlineShopping does not function properly. When I add items to my cart it shows the number of items added but does not show the items. this needs to be fixed as I cannot order or purchase online through CentrepointOnlineShopping

Why I can’t receive a text message on my mobile number after I change it or update it ?! You can try so many times but without benefit!! And if you want help or an explanation nobody’s there!! You put a robot to answering the question well it’s a good thing put it can’t answer all your questions.

Also you need to update me on my mobile about the order state like the other merchandise app.

First time using their app and i will never again use it. The debited my card for my order and said payment unsuccessful. Called my bank to see that indeed they took the money. I called them to resolve it and they said they’ll take 3 days to see the issue! What a hassle! If you just wanna bother yourself with bank calls and issues be my guest.

I refunded items and didn’t get my money back for 6 months maybe, CentrepointOnlineShopping is very slow, too difficult to search for something, you tags of the items are incorrect, the price changes from view the items then clicking on the items, not all items are available online, and sometime colors are not available online for the same item
If the item is out of stock you can only know after clicking on it

After sending us a million reminders about the White Wednesday deals starting at midnight, CentrepointOnlineShopping was not working properly. Soon after midnight a message popped up saying they will be back in 30 mins which lasted for over an hour. After that it kept giving error message when I tried using a Baby Shop credit note for baby shop products. In the morning, I tried to purchase again & all pages are opening except the basket page. CentrepointOnlineShopping keeps shutting off each time. Really frustrating experience. The call Centre, as usual, were of no help.

Its a really bad app. Waste of time. Purchased items 2 times for click and collect and you have to pay in advance even if you are going to collect the items from the store you dont get to pay cash on collection option. After paying in advance you will recieve an email saying your order in confirmed and the ammount is deducted from your bank. After several time you will recieve another message saying sorry your order is not processed and amount is send back to your account which is not. When you call their store no one answers and you have to call their call center. The call center will tell you that your product is ready for collection. This happened 2 times with me. Waste of time app with alot of bugs.

Good program with good features...but I hope the you make all these groups in one app..( Centrepoint, homecentre, splash, shoemart, lifestyle and max) I think in my opinion this would be more easy for us...

After my order was confirmed, I received an email that it was cancelled & the money will be sent back to my card! SO I placed a NEW ORDER with a NEW PAYMENT !
It's been a month now and no money is returned to my card !! My second order wasn't delivered PLUS .. they never respond to any of their contact information ( CALLS - emails - Twitter) .. when I used their chat service they promised they'll make sure I don't wait longer.. and guess what !! i am still waiting!!

So hard to know what a store will call some items - nice to be able to just take a photo and search!

Great experience. I really enjoyed it. More than 5 times now I ordered from online. Everything is perfect all the items as described

The camera function in CentrepointOnlineShopping is so cool. Works on everything I tried.

Dear to the main concern of ONLINE purchase, please be aware to send the original packaging or box as same as the item customers choose from the displayed list.
As it important as it is shows the professionalism and the classy purchase services.
