Good day, We have an issue on our orcascan account regarding users with IOS devices. They cannot seem to navigate number fields by putting decimal points in the fields. Can you assist me in correcting this and enable these users with IOS devices to be able to add decimal points in "Number" data type fields. Kind regards
Not Compatible With Iphone 13 Pro

Ive used this app for almost 3 years without any issues. I recently had to update my phone to an iPhone 13 Pro. Its near IMPOSSIBLE to scan any of the barcodes Ive been scanning forever. The scan screen is super wee now (since the last couple of updates) and it makes it difficult to scan a long barcode bc you have to hold the phone further away to get the whole barcode into the wee scanner. The light works but doesn’t assist with the issues Im having. So! Im 50/50 regarding my issues being the new iPhone 13 Pro or the fact that the screen for scanning has become so small. Ugh! I miss the good old days way.
Individual barcode

I have an issue with this current update, I love the app and have been using it for work; however with this current update the box scans the first barcode it detects and my computers have i social barcode all on top of the other, making it a pain to scan this individual barcodes. Please make a feature where you can pick this new updated scanner and the old one where you where able to aim at the barcode of preference
Good Scan App | Needs a tweak

The app scans barcodes quickly. However, the excel format it stores the numerical data 15 digits. After 15, then zeros are substituted for the remaining digits of the barcode. Instead of storing as general in the CSV file, the barcodes should be stored in the text format. This is a big deal, since there are a lot of numerical barcodes that exceed 15 digits.
In addition, the barcodes cannot be stored if you wish to scan another set of barcodes for a different project. The only way to save your work is email and combine later.
