Slow , less user friendly and full of bugs

Lot many problems with app-
1. super slow - which app takes 6 secs to add any product !
2. The cart does not always reflect the quantity you bought !
3. cart keeps giving message you cart is empty start shopping inspite of items in cart( you need to go home and then refresh cart again),
4. Payment with debit card - expiry date selection - due to white color done button gets mixed with background and is v hard to locate
5. The ‘My Cart’ at the top and ‘Cart’ button at the bottom are not in sync - this gives a confusing experience.

This is fraudulent

I placed order for 700Rs. The order status is changed to delivered and I also received an email mentioning the same but my order is not delivered at all . Money got deducted :( . This is fraud. The customer service number mentioned in Jiffy does not work. No response through email as well. Do not use this service.

Gm sir/ madam . Needs many more improvements in the supply as the half of the ordered item were not delivered online so what’s the purpose of Jiffy . And moreover the timing of delivery should be confirmed and be in time . Very bad experience. It took one day to reach a distance of 1 km 😃

Waste of time

Since last couple of months I have wasted many many hours making shopping lists. When I am ready to pay, it would tell me there is no slot available.
Why can’t ‘ no slot available’ come as soon you start selecting your groceries?
We have enough and more work to do than wasting time picking articles we need.
This site is not customer friendly.

Jiffy is so slowwww.. anytime you want to update or remove the items it takes forever.
Same goes with the website, major updates should be made.

Jiffy could be better.I tried for my cash Back message ,not successful. Also for on line orders for Mandaveli,Chennai 600028,this said not in coverage
