Sir, I ordered 18 items on 14/11/25 with order no 3004173240. It was delivered by a boy with one closed packet and and packet of rice 10kg. As I was in Officer - so pkt open after returning back -found 4 items are not supplied- Mustard oil, Basumati Baskati Rice, Handwash and Pine apple. Lot many problems with app-
1. super slow - which app takes 6 secs to add any product !
2. The cart does not always reflect the quantity you bought !
3. cart keeps giving message you cart is empty start shopping inspite of items in cart( you need to go home and then refresh cart again),
4. Payment with debit card - expiry date selection - due to white color done button gets mixed with background and is v hard to locate
5. The ‘My Cart’ at the top and ‘Cart’ button at the bottom are not in sync - this gives a confusing experience.

I placed order for 700Rs. The order status is changed to delivered and I also received an email mentioning the same but my order is not delivered at all . Money got deducted :( . This is fraud. The customer service number mentioned in the app does not work. No response through email as well. Do not use this service.

Gm sir/ madam . Needs many more improvements in the supply as the half of the ordered item were not delivered online so what’s the purpose of this app . And moreover the timing of delivery should be confirmed and be in time . Very bad experience. It took one day to reach a distance of 1 km 😃
