They will not transfer the call to consent department , poor communication and Post contact with customer care they will ask you to give highest rating and will not contact back for any issues raised.
Zerodha and angel are much better than this worthless demat.

I have emailed multiple times and still 5paisa shows incorrect and not updated data risking investors and their investments.
1. Mutual funds autopay is available or not which is not showing properly
2. Equity tab is not refreshing instantly, it's freezed with old price
3. View queries in support is not working
this app charges you un identified charges and you never know why it’s been dedicated terminal hangs like it’s there best practice portfolio forget about it. Order charges it depends on 5 paisa operates mood they sey 20 as minimum 0.3 % it happens only in occasional
5paisa is very very slow in updation of shares price and 5paisa crashes, Looks like this app don’t want to improve 5paisa
Half the time portfolio won’t update properly no Face ID no finger print ....
Got a loss of total 50000-60000 because it never buys anything in current market price even after pressing a lot and lot of time by clicking the current market price logo will never ever suggest anyone to use 5 paisa better than 5 paisa is upstox and zerodha and growmore
App closes automatically and doesn't open up any reports/options immediately. App needs lot of improvement. Lot of bugs in 5paisa ... android version looks better compared to apple version. My rating is zero
