Greetings! I just downloaded My6 maybe an hour ago. However, I'm unable to log in with my credentials. No prob logging in on my laptop via the full website but not able to on My6 . It's stating that my email address and password is incorrect which it isn't as I can log in via the website immediately. Thank you in advance for reading the reviews and adjusting My6 accordingly. Just made a reservation using the this app app and I put in the right dates and at the end of the transaction it gave me a confirmation for the correct dates, but when I went to the “my reservations” tab, it had it for tonight and tomorrow. Thankfully I took a screen shot of it showing the correct dates or I’d have been charged already. Had to call the property to get it all straightened out.

Get this part fixed and it’d be great.

Had a terrible experience at a motel 6 but I am unable to leave any negative feed back I can give them good reviews and write something but if I leave and bad review It gives me the option to write but will not let me only if I add more starts and I can’t leave a concern about my stay because it just says I’m not aloud to send emails… motel 6 is a straight up scam and you can’t even use the technical support

From a guest & a franchisee perspective My6 isn’t helpful at all. App doesn’t load information properly. I looked up my property on My6 & all Motel 6 properties in my town were sold out...not possible! I went online via Safari & it shows all Motel 6 properties in town were available like it should’ve on app. I understand website is a bigger platform than iOS app, but Apple’s consumer base isn’t small by any means either. As I am REQIRED to maintain brand standards at ALL TIMES, failing to maintain standards results in financial penalties towards us franchisees. I expect the same REQUIREMENTS from G6 iOS app team as well, especially when their app is available ALL(millions - billions?) of Apple’s consumers, whereas I’m in 1 location & visible to the people they’re trying to search for my location.

I hope this helps you all realize the importance of My6 to be at its peak AT ALL TIMES. I’ve been waiting since 2018 for you guys to fix the old bugs.

I booked a room tonight in motel 6 ^ everything was good till we checked the room it was dirty awful checked the bathroom towels it had hair on them very awful, so i went to the receptionist to complain and would have him either refund me the money or switch me with another room he the worst thing was he called me a liar and and started yelling and cancelled my booking and told me to go get my money back from wherever i booked it from

I usually book using the website but I downloaded My6 because it said you offer preferred rates to logged in app users. But I just made the same booking on My6 and was given the same rate that I got online. I prefer the online interface to My6 interface for comparing properties in the same town. Am I missing something? Why do I not get a preferred rate booking with My6

On a computer instead of My6 you can select that you’re traveling with pets and there’s a spot to type requests. On My6 these options are not available so I have to go to the computer to make my reservations.

I keep having to reinstall My6 due to the entire site saying all the hotels are sold out. This is country wide. I know this can’t actually exist so I uninstall My6 and reinstall My6 so that I can shop for motels. I didn’t have this problem with the old app. Would love to give 5 stars but I can’t with this issue.

It's super simple to use My6; the interface is very intuitive and you can book a room with more ease than using their desktop website. Signing up for their this app program and getting reduced room rates is also a major bonus. I'd recommend My6 to anyone looking to reserve affordable lodging on-the-go.

Once I reserved a room, I did run into an issue while viewing my reservation in the menu; though I booked the room for two adults, the reservation displayed that there was only one adult. I was afraid that I mistakingly forgot to book for two people, as I know that affects rates, so I cancelled that reservation and made a new one and ran into that same issue. Through checking my emails, I found that it really was an issue with My6 displaying the information incorrectly.

I'd happily give My6 5 stars once that bug is fixed.

I loge Motel 6. I stay at your locations any time possible when traveling. Rooms are clean. Staff is friendly. Overall 10/10.

HOWEVER...your app and website leave something to be desired. I wish My6 (and website!) kept a tab of your past reservations. We’ve stayed at your locations MANY times yet when searching for “past reservations” on the website as well as My6 it shows “no reservation found”. PLEASE make it so you are able to view your past reservations. Would make it so nice to see where you’ve stayed and what locations you’ve been to.

Secondly: change My6 to my in sync with the website and vice versa. I was signed into my this app account and made a reservation for November on My6 . But when I view the website it says I have no reservations!?! Rude.

Also adding on to this: please add the ability to enter a confirmation number on My6 to pull up a reservation.

I wish the process of canceling a reservation was as smooth and easy as making it. When I try to cancel a booking before the Motel 6 policy time of 6pm, it tells me I am outside of the cancellation window and that I have to call either the property or the customer service number. It’s frustrating because I want to just push the cancel button and go, not sit on hold for 20 min for customer service. Calling the property is a hassle because if your phone doesn’t directly call from My6 you have to cut and paste the number from My6 to make the call. I hope this glitch gets fixed!

On My6 we used to be able to put a request and there was a check box if we had dogs. This was a nice feature as I have a bad hip and could request a down stairs room and the front desk already knew I had dogs so they could give us a room nearer the dog potty area.

Please put these features back.

IVe been coming to this specific Motel 6 for the past 3 years pretty much since I started traveling to Denver. It’s always fun and these people know how to make it easy an comfortable. Only 2 small misunderstandings the entire time. Just booked a room online an will continue to use Motel 6!!!!

My family of 3 - me/husband/daughter& 2 dogs...- frequently go to our local Motel6 hotels just to feel like we are getting away!!
We stay a couple nights - swim and relax and just enjoy being away from home!!
We have stayed at almost all of the north San Diego area 6’s and some a little more south and inland!
We always have excellent service - from front desk - through housekeeping- and anything that comes up!!!
Super reasonable prices...
And the best part - is our pets are NEVER An issue... our two dogs are as much family as the rest of us. It is so great to be able to have them be part of our ‘getaways’ !!

Honestly this is the best app when it comes to booking for motel 6. You can reserve your room at a cheaper rate as well as pay upon arrival. Motel 6 really makes sure that your accommodated during the length of your stay. I've been here over a month and I just want to say thank you Motel 6 for always leaving the light on for me💯💪🏾

We have stayed at this motel multiple times and have always had a positive experience. We stayed again last night and very pleased. The rooms have always been very clean and look like the photos. The staff has always been accommodating. The parking lot is well lit and never had a problem with security. We would recommend staying at this motel.

Also, there is a Dominos, Cracker Barrel and Dairy Queen nearby and convenient.

I have been traveling for work the last few years and motel 6 has always had great deals in every city I have gone to and of course My6 makes it so much easier to show my options of the surrounding hotels as well as getting the cheapest deals available through My6 directly unlike other hotels where you have to use a 3rd party just for a deal My6 is a direct deal for you to book the best rates and get it quick

The Motel 6 app is great, and has always worked with no issues. I do, however have one issue with using the application rather than booking online... On their website, you can check a box to inform them that you are traveling with a pet, while this is not an option on My6 . If Motel 6 wasn’t so pet friendly, I would probably choose to splurge on a fancier brand, but I am very appreciative that they are. I just think that forewarning the staff that you will have your dog with you may prove beneficial. I can’t fault My6 and give five stars, but just wanted to throw that out there.

I created an account and tried to log in. It told me that my password and email didn’t match so I tried to create a new password. It sent me the link to create the new password and I put a new one in and clicked continue and nothing happens. Don waste your time using a broken system.

My6 only worked 1 night. Now when I click to open, it starts to pop up and then immediately shuts down. Extremely annoying as I had to call in to double check my reservation and the girl couldn’t even find it.

I enjoyed my stay. The room I had was a smoking room as I am a smoker and I was fine with the room. Even though I smoke the smell of the smoke in the room was a bit strong I went out and bought my own air freshener for my nights stay. Just needed to tone down the smell a little.

This is my first time using My6 . Simple to make the reservation, but I’m used to other reservation systems where I can make comments like “late arrival” or “will have a dog with us,” but didn’t see anything on the reservation screen. Will call the motel tomorrow.

I wish the pet policy were stated in detail. Some hotels have restrictions, not sure iif Motel 6 does?
