Es malo, debe mejorar

Es muy pero muy malo, cuando quiere te deja entrar...si ya no quiere pues no te deja, no se puede cambiar la contraseña y las personas no dan ayuda en servicio técnico

For some reason I can’t change my password right from DocuCite when it expires. I click the “change password” button and nothing happens. It re appears again and it’s a never ending cycle. I’ve tried uninstalling and re-installing app, but to no avail same problem. Otherwise, the document capture feature works great and it’s nice to have integrated the workflow chat within DocuCite .

There s no “home button” on DocuCite . When i need to go back to home screen its impossible. Even if i close DocuCite

Muchos clientes son mayores adultos, ósea más de 60 años. No tienen facilidad, para estar verificando su firma o pedido. Las más de 10 veces que requiere Hy cite. Deben hacer algo más fácil por los adultos que son los que más compran y clientes en general.
Cambio de contraseña

Cuando intentas cambiar la contraseña la contraseña temporal es inválida muchas veces y no permite cambiar la contraseña por ninguna vía posible y solo te permite enviar mensaje a soporte técnico pero también te piden contraseña pero si no te sabes la clave como te comunicas con soporte técnico ?

Hola soy Distribuidor, los felicito por esta excelente herramienta. Estaría genial que agregarán a los filtros de búsquedas del historial de pedidos "Nombre y Apellido del Cliente". Gracias.

Once you’ve already uploaded any document and order…
Everything else is just wait few hours then everything will be verified.
Also it will give you te calculations as a calculator wen you are doing counts.
