Frequent glitches within AmericanBankTrust and login process. Extremely frustrating that I have to call the bank every time to “refresh” my account so it will work in AmericanBankTrust .
App will continuously lock me out of my account sometimes multiple occasions in a single month and will not be able to log into app until contacting a local branch.
I have set up face recognition on my phone for AmericanBankTrust several time and it never works. I have face recognition on multiple other sites, including bank/credit card Apps and they all work great.
Great app but wish you could label or write a memo on deposited checks as well as internal transfers. Also wish you you go back and view deposits indefinitely instead of only the ones in the last 30 days or so.
