App struggles to perform

Bank and app struggle with the idea of online banking I’ve had my password reset 6 times and have been blocked from viewing my account for days at a time for “online maintenance”

Decent app, works fine. Although it’s a nuisance toggling back and forth between multiple accounts. Would be beneficial to have SecurityBankTrustCoMN get update to facial ID recognition.

Remember your access code! I had it turned on to remember so when I had a problem with my passcode I couldn’t remember what my access code was. Also, I like that they have you change your passcode every 180 days. The staff is helpful when you have a problems
