Very disappointed!

This sounded like a good idea but they have a lot of issues to work out. Getting started is a headache. Directions are not clear when first signing up and trying to understand their system. Even more frustrating is when no one picks up the phone when you call. As a matter of fact it hung up on me several times because the mailbox was full. It took a week for my first prescription to arrive in the mail. The app looks nice but crashes every time I try to open “purchase history”. I want to like it but I can’t right now.

So this app worked ok to begin with, but for some reason I took it off my phone. Well when I needed it again, it just doesn't work. I couldn't log on, doesn't say a thing, just spins and brings you back login screen. The same login worked just fine on the website. I had to use the website because this piece of junk didn't work.
Disappointed

The first time using this app all went well. Prices were much better than any local pharmacy. Subsequent refills were billed incorrectly. Wasn't able to fill the quantity needed. Site crashed on third attempt. I give up. Going back to my local pharmacy. Not worth the trouble.
