I haven’t had a great experience. Prices Are good but that’s it. I accidentally entered the wrong quantity and they just didn’t ship it. Never got a call.

The first time using RxValet all went well. Prices were much better than any local pharmacy. Subsequent refills were billed incorrectly. Wasn't able to fill the quantity needed. Site crashed on third attempt. I give up. Going back to my local pharmacy. Not worth the trouble.

This sounded like a good idea but they have a lot of issues to work out. Getting started is a headache. Directions are not clear when first signing up and trying to understand their system. Even more frustrating is when no one picks up the phone when you call. As a matter of fact it hung up on me several times because the mailbox was full. It took a week for my first prescription to arrive in the mail. RxValet looks nice but crashes every time I try to open “purchase history”. I want to like it but I can’t right now.

So RxValet worked ok to begin with, but for some reason I took it off my phone. Well when I needed it again, it just doesn't work. I couldn't log on, doesn't say a thing, just spins and brings you back login screen. The same login worked just fine on the website. I had to use the website because this piece of junk didn't work.

I have had nothing but problems. Difficult to sign up with app crashing or shutting down very frequently. Half the time I can’t even get RxValet to open. I hope they fix this very soon.

Good way to save money if you are buying medications. With RxValet you can get it at discount price.

I have searched all the medication apps and this one is by far the easiest to use, has the best customer service and best of all Is the cheapest!!! I no longer have to pay my co-pays to get the medicine I really need. Get RxValet if you want to save $$$
