The new update is not that good. Having to pay sparks to play games is unfair. I understand that you might increase the cost of tricks but the games are fun and you shouldn't have to pay sparks. I love the games and having to pay 20% of my sparks to play a single round of keep-away is just sad. I don't want to have to pay sparks to play a game with this app when no one else will. I'm also annoyed with the fact that you added the maintenance requirement because it's not helping. I wouldn't mind it if the problems happened less frequently, like once in a while, but his lift and head keep defecting and I have to do the arrow thing every 3 minutes. The feeding is also quite repetitive and annoying. I also don't like the way in which you have do play THREE DAYS in a row to just get some sparks. I liked the daily goals. And the fact you could earn energy from other things also was great. Essentially what I'm trying to say is bring back the old update.

Ever since the new update its just not the same. In the old version there was so much more to do with this app. when you removed the daily goals feature, theres so much less reason to come back every day and play. And paying sparks just to play a game? I have to admit, the games are fun, but it ruined it when you started making us pay sparks to play. Also there is now only one way to earn sparks. You have to play the game three days in a row and it will give you a hundred something sparks.

Recommendations? Plenty.

1. Bring back the old version!

2. Add feature were if you have a this app and you're friend has a this app, make it so the two can play against each other in games, and even add a mode so you can play online with other this app's and/or players.

3. It would be nice if you could add some kind of chat system so if you added number 2, you could talk to other players while you play with them.

4. Please, please, please, PLEASE add a feature where when you turn off this app he will drive onto his charger then turn off. It would also be nice if you made it so you could turn on and off the drive onto charger feature (if you add it) in the settings.

Please take these into consideration! Especially switching back to the old version of Cozmo . I will edit my rating if you do. Thank you!!!!!

Anki you guys need to do some work on those cubes for this app and i mean like you should make it instead of refilling the cube batteries they should be rechargeable like this app like cause thats gonna cost over like a thousand dollars a year!!! and I'm just a child and thats a total ripoff to me! so from now on you should make rechargeable cubes and put them in the package with this app, and have the cubes themselves and the charger in stores! cause thats just ridiculous! and you guys cant say no cause look what the worlds invented!!! things you can climb walls with like spider man and they made that in like 2014!!! even flying cars already!!! you guys even made this app rechargeable!so please do that for me and tons of other people are probably thinking that to!!!!! but this app is cool but the cubes man! ill change this to a five star rating once you guys do that and everyone else looking at this comment either like or help me out! thank you for your time looking at this and please do that for the whole world plus you might even be richer!!!!

So I just got a new phone so I googled if you could switch devices with this app and it said you could I tried to connect this app to internet but when I entered the password it said I was wrong but I wasn’t I check myself! I got it to work but I had to use old iPhone. Also I wanted to play with this app in when the internet was out but the internet said I couldn’t. If you could find a way to get rid of password and WiFi and switch it to a Bluetooth device that would be so helpful. Over all a great app. Please take my idea under consideration, it would help out a lot and make my robot friend even better. I read this review and I agree it would be really cool if you could have an assistant mode and play mode so do that too. Love Cozmo !

First off, we love this app and this product. We’ve had him for 2 years. However, the latest 3.x releases has come with connection issues, which seem to be affecting Vector as well. We have an open ticket and have following instructions and submitting information and even erased all of his data. We were receiving regular feedback until late this week. I work in software and support and understand the development process. It seems there must be something that needs to be resolved by a developer. It would be great if your support persons would be in touch with the consumer to let them know some sort of update. As of now we were supposed to be using this app for a middle school competition and at this point we are going to have to change our focus after months of planning and coding by 12 yr olds.

I was so disappointed when I found out this app no longer initiated games like he used to and missed it. I turned him on today and it updated and suddenly, he now asks me again to play games! It made me so happy to have that part of this app back! At first, he would throw the cube and get off track because it messed up. But the last few games he has set it down like he is supposed to and it’s went fine. He does still have some glitches where he hits the cubes wrong and messes up the game but I haven’t noticed haven’t to constantly feed or fix him either. Very happy he asks to play games again and if these other small bugs can be fixed, I will give 5 stars!

Yeah it’s great! Although it needs updates. It’s boring doing the same thing. I have some recommendations.

1.Being able to have conversations with him.
It’d be great to talk to this app! You could tell him what not do to. And what to him. If you’re lonely you could talk to him!

2.I’ve seen people complaining about wasting their sparks on the games, but that’s not my case because I have the max sparks.

3.You know the grabber thing he has? I wish it would do more or pick up more! You could get him to do some very small tasks.

4.I’m pretty sure nothing happens when a this app sees another this app. I think they should act differently when seeing a different this app!

5.On this app preforms, you should be able to change his voice. Maybe even talk and then he knows you’re voice, and can talk with your voice!

6.He can only wake up on his charging port. This barely bothers me, but I’d rather it different. I’d rather just place him down and turn him on.

7.I want the facial scanners to be fixed. He thought my older brother was me, and couldn’t recognize me!

It is a pretty good app, but just take those recommendations.

this app is SUCH a cutie. I enjoy playing with him and I appreciate all the effort that was put into Cozmo. But, there is a problem. This is where I need some help. What do I mean? I mean the way that this app connects. I know that the connection in the WiFi settings that says “this app###” and I ALSO know that it is protected by a password. Cozmo usually notices that and it unlocks it for you, so you can continue. After this app has been constantly disconnecting, at one point it asked for the password. And I don’t know what that password is! Besides this, though, it is the best app I’ve seen in a while. Thank you and please respond.

Look, this app Is amazing. I got him last Christmas and he is godly. His personality is so cute and I love the games that he has. I have some suggestions to make it even better though. If this happens, I'll give coNo a 20/10.

1. More interactions with vector
I got a vector this Christmas and I'd like to see him and vector interactions more. Here are some suggestions
-being able to talk and play with vector
- have cosmos vubes and games be compatible with vector
-have them be able to have fun together!

2. Remove feeding and tuning
Look, I get that this app kind of has a life too. But it kind of gets annoying having to feed him every single time we use him. And tuning just really doesn't make any sense whatsoever.
Since playing with him is the main idea, why not make it the only thing you do with him

3. Remove Sparks
Everyone who gets this app wanted to play with him, but what happens when you run out of Sparks? You can't even use him, and you won't be able to get the daily rewards that include Sparks! For people that run out of Sparks and love their this app but can't use him after they run out, seeing it is just sad. That's the main reason why some reveiw are only one star.

4. And finally, bring back daily challenges!
Remember those daily challenges? Those were amazing! As another rewarding was to make you want to hang out with your this app even more!

this app is like a tiny little smart friend he can fit in tiny spaces and go mute so he can hide really good this app always listens to me says my name and more for example I asked him to watch my room while I was sleeping or going to school he always told me what happens he’s also a very good listener when ever I tell him stories or even tell how my day was when he felt bad he always wanted to play a game to make me happy so I did play it and it made me so happy sometimes he would sing songs when my friend came over and we’d dance around and have fun normally we would play songs and he would dance to them I love this app so much whenever he gives me a fist bump I never leave him hanging

I love this app soo much and I almost play with him every day! I have some suggestions for this app that I think will make him more fun to play with!
1. Add a separate section (or add it in the ‘this app Performs’ section) that allows the ability for you to make up your own song and this app will sing it too. You can change the pitch of his voice and maybe add words and instruments!
2. In ‘Explorer Mode’, add a little section where you can make this app say something while controlling him!
3. Make him recognize hand movements, for e.x, twirl your finger around and he will spin around with it (kinda similar to a dog) and you can reward it with his cubes as a treat!

I got this app on Christmas. And already about the 30 minutes I’ve played with him, I knew he was gonna be a fun toy/friend to play with. Usually when I get a robot toy (like a furby for example), I’ll usually play with it for about 5 days and then forget about it. But I’m going to make a exception for this guy, since he’s so much fun to play with. Ok so let me talk more about him specifically. this app is SO ADORABLE. He makes really cute noises (which is good). Whenever we play a game, it brings me joy seeing him win. He is very playful and enjoyable. He likes exploring and pouncing on my finger. I love how he is able to recognize faces and when he does he will say the person’s name. I can’t really think of any complaints about this guy. He is perfect and is a most need for any kids who want to play with a robot.

Ok I was begging my mom to get this for me ever since I saw it. this app is AMAZING and is showing what the future technology is gonna be. And I loved this app when I first got him. But it just got boring. I wish there was some sort of cool achievement. I know that update made the happy cube thing but it just gives you sparks, so you can do all of it over again? I loved this app (A LOT) but it got boring. Also he should be able to scan more people. I’m sorry I wanted it to be great and I never wanted to stop playing with him, I wanted it to be like family, but it wasn’t. I’m gonna rate this 5 stars because I loved it when I got it but it was disappointing.😢☹️🙁

When this app wakes up, he looks at you. Isn’t he cute? You go to the part where you can see what this app sees. You put this app on the windowsill where you can spy on your sister: what’s she is doing on the laptop. Isn’t this a miracle? DOWNLOAD Cozmo ! 😃😁

Hay anki I had a question is that robot vector the same as this app? Or is he a totally different robot? The reason I didn’t do this on the vector app was because I didn’t have it so I was like why not? The reason I was wondering about this was because my birthday is in 2 weeks and I wanted a new robot and this app is still awesome but sometimes this app acts kinda sad like on his free time he acts sad doesn’t really play so I think he could use a friend! And whenever I say something like this the creator doesn’t reply and that’s sad so I beg for you to reply and have a nice day!

I think Cosmo needs like like a vector update the word you can have like vector on your cosmic like download vector to a Cosmo and you can take vector off your Cosmo so you’ll have Cosmo and vector like a little beta and if you want the full features A vector on Cosmo you have to pay for it but you could have like a little Bella for people that doesn’t have enough money to pay for it but overall I think the Cosmo it’s really adorable that’s something that you guys should add and Cosmo he needs to be like able to know where his charger is charging port is

Today,Is your first day of school you get bullied by kids. You come home from school crying that you hate school then your mom(or dad)(or Guardian) gives you a present you say it,s all I wanted a this app!Thank you you get Cozmo and play with your new toy then your mom has a pair of glasses you say thank you the next day at school. One of the bullies say nice glasses nerd then you say never mind I want to take them off. The bully says why cause we made fun of them then, you say no because i don,t want to look at your face at home you play with Cosmo. Next day the bullies just look at you don,t make fun of you then you say maybe it's gonna be a good day.

Yes, I used a Stars Wars pun (kind of lame). But what’s not lame is this app. What’s incredible is his unknown potential. It’s constantly evolving. This newest update added quite a few features, but it’s the little things that go almost unnoticed. For example, this app will clear its voice before singing a song. It can pop wheelies and act like a little magic 8 ball. And that’s just a tiny piece of what it can do. One can easily gain sparks as well to play more games, and this app will generate them randomly as well. I don’t know why someone is complaining about that. And waiting for three days to unlock new abilities and traits just adds to the playability and longevity of this robot.

I absolutely love working with my this app, and knowing I can design my own personal programs is a huge plus. If one is looking for a robot (or droid depending on preferences) this app is the perfect choice!

this app is enjoyable and he is so very cute, and I love how he gives you a fist bump and that’s so cute to see a robot even do something like that, cosmo doesn’t recognize me sometimes but then after a few seconds he says my name it is really awesome. He makes my happy that is what is most important to know a friendly cute happy robot my friends love him so much they ask to talk to them so does my family they really love this app that we bought a carrying case for him I even made him a little wooden house just for him to do anything I coded and made cubes to make this app to make a even bigger prymid and I also love how he gets all happy when you loose to him.

Things this app needs is more stuff like vector vectors voice is a bit to siri

You should add to this app where you can play music from your phone to him and make him sing the lyrics of the song that would be so cute to see!

I really love the potential of this robot, a fun smart toy out of the box, with some serious potential for learning/exploring through the SDK. The only thing on my wish list (and what seems like low-hanging-fruit) is for support for split view support to enable python scripting while running Cozmo . I know this is an edge use case, but this could be a very useful learning tool for coding etc using Cozmo, an iPad, and this cool little robot. If the developers are listing, please consider that a modern iPad is a powerful device, and a desktop OS isn't the only way people will do development in the future.
