How to fix Cozmo app crashes or not working on Iphone (iOS):

Close and restart the Cozmo app on iPhone
Update Cozmo app to the Latest Version for iOS
Uninstall and reinstall Cozmo iPhone app
Update your iPhone to the latest iOS version

Fix Cozmo on iPhone unable to connect to server/internet connection issues::

To resolve Cozmo network issues, Reset phone network settings:
1. On iphone, goto Settings » General » Reset » Reset Network Settings.
2. Enter device passcode » confirm [Reset Network Settings].

Turn off iphone VPN:
1. Goto Settings » General » VPN

Cozmo Android App Issues and Solutions

Fix Cozmo not working on Android, crashes, errors or is unresponsive:

Force Stop the Cozmo App
1. On android, goto Settings » Cozmo » click [Force Stop]

Update Cozmo to the latest version on PlayStore

Clear Cozmo App Cache and Data:
1. On android, goto Settings » Apps » Cozmo » Storage » click [Clear Data] option. This clears both data and cache.
2. restart Cozmo.

Fix Cozmo unable to contact server/ Cozmo internet connection errors on Android:

On android, goto Settings » Apps or Manage Apps tab.
Click Cozmo » [Force Stop]
Next, goto Storage » click [Clear Data]
Again, goto Cozmo » Mobile Data » [Allow Background Data Usage].
Go back to Settings » Connections » Mobile Network » Network Mode. Change the network to 4G e.g. LTE/3G/2G (auto connect)
