Get Pricing Info for YouGovI have never had an issue with receiving my awards card ...until now! I keep getting told it was sent to my account in the 16th of July. Number one, you never had any info of "my account" to send these payments to as it has always been a gift card. Number two, just to make sure I had my bank pull up any deposits and there were and have never been any from YouGov. Someone may be pocketing them because I have not received it! And you are saying I have. For the last , however many, years I have been taking your surveys it HAS ALWAYS BEEN A GIFT CARD! I haven't gotten it and I am hearing disinformation about you 'deposited' it? Where did you deposit it? You have never had my banking information!!!!!

I'm enjoying YouGov but would like to complain about a recent question on your Shamima Begum Daily Chat. YOu asked a question that said: "Unlike the UK, other Western countries like France, Germany and Australia have allowed an increasing number of IS fighters back". This was misleading. The UK IS allowing ISIL fighters back? The only ones banned are the ones with dual citizenship? Several of those with purely British citizenship HAVE been allowed to return? This distinction is important? It changes the debate about Begum from one about ALL British ISIL fighters being banned from return (which I suspect many respondents will believe is government policy) to one about banning just those not considered "British" - which might give some pause for thought? In fact, you should really have included such a question as one of the questions in the chat to really get to the heart of the issue and what people actually believed?

I have been using the mobile app for a few weeks now. I was originally given a small amount of points towards rewards for joining. It was stated that participants would receive points for completing surveys that can be used to purchase gift cards and other prizes. Unfortunately I never received any points after my initial sign up, even for completing surveys or the daily activities and questionnaires that would often end up on televised news broadcasts or used in nationally syndicated news articles. I submitted feedback with my email hopes of getting an answer if I could fix this, but still have not received a response after two weeks. I’m going to keep the app because it’s a qualifying pollster for the US Democratic primaries, but I won’t be participating in the ratings system for brands, lifestyle activities, and celebrity recognition, and subsequently deleting it after the election. I’m not interested in submitting marketing data that companies will use to make money without some kind of compensation.

Well yesterday, July 21st I earned my required amount of points to redeem a gift card. So at that time before I keep participating in surveys, I wanted to see if this survey was legit as to others.
Nonetheless, it proved to not be legit or a bug is the issue. I addressed this to the support team but have not received a response back. Now I have received the opportunity to participate in more surveys but as a responsible thinker, why continue to participate and their end of the bargain is not as promised.
The issue was, as I try and press redeem, the bottom button stay as is. My email address is a iCloud address so if that’s the issue, I have no way of changing the registered email address although good as I receive notifications of surveys, that is not the issue because I could also receive my gift card information.
So in closing, I gave them a 1 simply because I feel as if I was lied to. I honestly answered surveys but now can get compensated for them. So if there is a bug, please fix it. But as of now, I just can’t continue with the surveys and haven’t received my requested confirmation of my chosen redeemed prize. Anybody would think and respond the same way as I am responding.

I signed up in a browser and then downloaded the app as the safari version has some bugs where I can’t type in to search for an option in the ratings without the page breaking and having to reload it. However now when I try to log in on the app it sends a security verification email to my inbox which is fine, I like that my opinions are secure, but without fail every time I click the link in the email to sign in it opens in safari rather than the app so I literally can’t get past the log in page. It is entirely unusable and very poorly designed if it can have such an issue. Honestly, trash.
