I have a problem with Forward

The app is simply not loading on my iPhone.

App won’t open keeps crashing. Delete and reinstall isn’t helping. Been at least the last 24 hours.

App crashing on iPhone. Have deleted and reinstalled several times. Turned iPhone off crack on several times too. App will not open

To resolve Forward network issues, Reset phone network settings:
1. On iphone, goto Settings » General » Reset » Reset Network Settings.
2. Enter device passcode » confirm [Reset Network Settings].

Force Stop the Forward App
1. On android, goto Settings » Forward » click [Force Stop]

Clear Forward App Cache and Data:
1. On android, goto Settings » Apps » Forward » Storage » click [Clear Data] option. This clears both data and cache.
2. restart Forward.

On android, goto Settings » Apps or Manage Apps tab.
Click Forward » [Force Stop]
Next, goto Storage » click [Clear Data]
Again, goto Forward » Mobile Data » [Allow Background Data Usage].
Go back to Settings » Connections » Mobile Network » Network Mode. Change the network to 4G e.g. LTE/3G/2G (auto connect)
