How to fix inKind app crashes or not working on Iphone (iOS):

Close and restart the inKind app on iPhone
Update inKind app to the Latest Version for iOS
Uninstall and reinstall inKind iPhone app
Update your iPhone to the latest iOS version

Fix inKind on iPhone unable to connect to server/internet connection issues::

To resolve inKind network issues, Reset phone network settings:
1. On iphone, goto Settings » General » Reset » Reset Network Settings.
2. Enter device passcode » confirm [Reset Network Settings].

Turn off iphone VPN:
1. Goto Settings » General » VPN

inKind Android App Issues and Solutions

Fix inKind not working on Android, crashes, errors or is unresponsive:

Force Stop the inKind App
1. On android, goto Settings » inKind » click [Force Stop]

Update inKind to the latest version on PlayStore

Clear inKind App Cache and Data:
1. On android, goto Settings » Apps » inKind » Storage » click [Clear Data] option. This clears both data and cache.
2. restart inKind.

Fix inKind unable to contact server/ inKind internet connection errors on Android:

On android, goto Settings » Apps or Manage Apps tab.
Click inKind » [Force Stop]
Next, goto Storage » click [Clear Data]
Again, goto inKind » Mobile Data » [Allow Background Data Usage].
Go back to Settings » Connections » Mobile Network » Network Mode. Change the network to 4G e.g. LTE/3G/2G (auto connect)
