None of the workouts will work. As soon as you try to start any of the programs, it says "oops, something went wrong. Try again later." Interestingly, my husband can access the workouts just fine from his phone (iphone) using my account, yet I cannot. I have an android. I have exhausted all avenues & completed all troubleshooting steps. Nothing works.

I have uninstalled and reinstalled the app, made sure my phone had all updates done, I tried it on my husband's phone (who also has an account), and it gives him the same message. You can't even just play the videos on your phone.

The studio is not working. None of the classes will load.
My app keeps crashing in the middle of a workout. It brings me back to the screen that says I need to connect to the app to select a workout. My app is updated with the most recent update. I’ve tried shutting it down and restarting. I’ve tried closing the app on my phone and restarting. I’ve tried disconnecting from my Wi-Fi and reconnecting. Now when I try to go into a workout it gives me an error stating that it’s having issues with this workout and to select another.
The app is not loading. The wheel keeps spinning. I have the latest version downloaded, killed the app, and restarted my iPhone but nothing is working.

The app is not tracking the number of classes that I have completed. Today, I completed 2 classes- and they still haven’t shown up in my tracker
